Exercise. The healthiest people in the world have no gym members. What do they do? Their actions.
Mobility will save you. In the gym, some of the most muscular people can't touch their toes because of bad exercise patterns, and often feel shoulder pain. Don't be such a person. Exercise is as flexible as muscle.
Fitness and finance. You've heard of it. When you are young, health is easier. Maintain it. It is much more difficult to start exercising at 57 than at 27. No one wants to be a parent who can't run around and pick up the children.
Turn off your cell phone. Instagram is very useful for education, and the Internet is also very useful for finding such posts, but they should not interfere with your exercise. Most people's 45 minutes of exercise time will become 15 minutes if they leave their mobile phones in the car.
Food supplement. If it needs advertising, you don't need it. If it contains more than one ingredient, you don't need it. Bright labels, which list ingredients you don't understand, are not healthy.
Hunger is not used to it. Your weight problem comes from abundance. You don't need to eat as often as you think. Eat when you are hungry, not because of habit.
Sweating helps. I don't want to move until I write this article. I am looking for a question that I can answer. It took too long. Then I want to have dinner. The kettle bell rang twenty-five times and began to sweat. Then I don't want to stop.
Run. Everyone should be able to run at least 1 mile at 80% sprint speed. If not, then change it. "I don't do aerobic exercise." Don't be silly.
Stay slim. Healthy people are thin and muscular. You don't need extra fat to exercise your muscles. If yes, dispose of it as above.
Create your own path. Take the essence from a fool like me and incorporate it into your own definition of health. My opinion is biased by what I like. So should yours.
