1. Massage
Breast hyperplasia can be treated by massage, but attention should be paid to the strength, direction, order and frequency of massage.
(1) Massage: The patient takes a sitting position or a lateral position to fully expose his chest. Gently push the palms of both hands from around the breast along the mammary duct to the nipple for 50~ 100 times.
(2) Kneading and pressing method: Apply thenar or thenar of the palm to the affected area and gently massage the swelling and pain. Knead and press the hard part several times until the lump becomes soft.
(3) Knead, pinch and hold: grasp the affected breast with five fingers of the right hand, knead and loosen it once, and repeat the operation 10~ 15 times. Gently pull the nipple several times with your left hand to dilate the mammary duct at the nipple.
(4) Swing method: exert force on the hypothenar part of the right hand, and push it from the swollen breast along the breast root to the nipple at high speed, and repeat it for 3~5 times. The effect is better when there is a slight heat sensation locally.
2. Physical cooperation of vibration massage therapy
After more than ten years of clinical experimental research, breast experts have developed a breast red light therapeutic instrument, which is compact, portable and easy to use. Increase the phagocytic function of white blood cells, promote cell synthesis, and treat symptoms such as breast swelling and pain caused by hyperplasia of mammary glands. Its vibration massage function deeply promotes the blood circulation of breast parts, enhances tissue metabolism, accelerates the treatment process of mammary gland hyperplasia diseases and shortens the treatment cycle of mammary gland hyperplasia.
