Second, smoked mint chicken wings
Ingredients: chicken wings, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of chopped green onion, 1 spoon of minced garlic, half a spoonful of salt, half a spoonful of fried sesame seeds, half a spoonful of sesame oil, half a spoonful of black pepper, 1 spoon of honey, and 2 tablespoons of pepper.
Exercise:
(1) Marinate the chicken wings overnight, prepare a pot with tin foil, rice, tea, sugar and mint in it, put it on the grill, code the marinated chicken wings and fire until the sugar starts to turn red and smoke.
(2) Then turn down the fire, cover it and smoke for about 50 minutes until the meat turns red and bright.
(3) You need to turn the chicken wings upside down. Fold the other piece of tin foil into a square, add the smoked chicken wings, pour the marinade, preheat in the oven, bake at 200 degrees 15 minutes, take it out and turn it over, and bake for 15 minutes.
