Health education into township junior high schools

Dear teachers and students:

Hello everyone! The topic of my speech for you is: cherish life and grow up healthily.

People's life is limited, and it is our aspiration to have a healthy body and a happy life. It requires us to keep a positive and optimistic attitude at any time and place in our daily life, and not to lose confidence in facing life because of temporary difficulties and setbacks.

Aunt Zhang Haidi, for example, was paralyzed since she was a child, and later she could not go to school for various reasons. But she never gave up her desire for life. She taught herself and wrote her novel Dream in a Wheelchair.

Hostaux Rovsky, who participated in the Great Patriotic War, was injured, resulting in blindness and paralysis. However, he did not give up the pursuit of life, but created the famous book How Steel was Tempered with tenacious perseverance, and left the world a famous life motto through the protagonist Paul in the book: "Life is the most precious thing for people, and life belongs to us only once. A man's life should be spent like this: when he looks back on the past, he will not regret wasting his time, nor will he be ashamed of doing nothing, so that when he dies, he can say: All my life and energy have been dedicated to the most magnificent cause in the world-fighting for the liberation of mankind! " In the face of these brave people who are physically disabled and determined, and who have written magnificent music into their lives with an optimistic spirit, what reason do we healthy people with sound limbs have not to care about health and cherish life?

Life has a tenacious side, often indomitable, but sometimes it is also very fragile and needs careful care and cherish. No matter whether we are in the spring breeze or encounter setbacks, we should cherish our lives, our bodies and our health.

My speech is over, thank you.
