Article 4 Hygienic requirements and evaluation standards for office areas
(1) Requirements for placing office desks, chairs and filing cabinets

2. Wipe the office desks and chairs frequently to keep them clean and hygienic.
3. The floor of the office should be cleaned every day, and the doors, windows and glass of the office should be kept clean, and there should be no dead ends.
Dust and cobwebs; In the morning or in the evening, keep the windows open and ventilated, go to the old and welcome the new, and eliminate indoor moisture and odor.
The office must be cleaned once a week.
No sanitary corner shall be left in the office. Under the bed, windowsill and corner must be cleaned frequently to keep it clean, tidy and dust-free.
(2) Evaluation criteria
1. If the indoor tables and chairs are messy and there are sundries on the table, the person responsible for health shall be punished 10 yuan/time.
2. If the ground is not cleaned and there are scraps of paper or other sundries on the ground, 20 yuan, the responsible person, shall be punished/time. If cobwebs are found in corners, doors and windows, the responsible person shall be punished 10 yuan/time.

2. After each meal, the used bowls and chopsticks should be cleaned in time and put neatly in the cupboard.

4. The office bathroom should be far away from the warehouse, and the bathroom should be equipped with a door that can automatically close; Check the sanitary condition and equipment condition of the bathroom every day, and disinfect it every day.
(2) Evaluation criteria

Article 7 Hygienic requirements and evaluation standards for warehouses
(A) warehouse hygiene management requirements
1. The goods in the warehouse should be sorted and placed neatly, and must be counted every day. New products and returns should be placed separately to keep the warehouse free of odor. Products should be stored separately according to date, specification and state, away from the wall and the ground, with a certain distance between each stack, and kept clean and tidy; Maintain the principle of first in first out; Raw materials and cooked food in the warehouse are stored separately; All non-OTC products that have expired, been removed from the shelves and have not deteriorated shall be stored separately from other products in the warehouse, and isolation measures shall be taken. It is forbidden to store spoiled products in the warehouse.
2. The ground of the warehouse should be cleaned once a day to keep the ground free of scraps of paper, discarded cartons and other sundries, so as to ensure that the warehouse is clean, hygienic and free of peculiar smell; Door curtains or air curtains should be installed at the entrance and exit of the warehouse to prevent flying insects and flies from entering; The sewers and ventilation places connected with the outside in the warehouse should be equipped with anti-rat, anti-fly and anti-insect facilities; When entering or leaving the warehouse, you should close the door behind you. When pests are found, they should be caught in time, traced back to the source, and measures should be taken, but they should not endanger food. The lighting in the warehouse should have a protective cover to prevent the food from being broken and contaminated; The warehouse should be cleaned regularly and kept clean; Smoking, eating and storing daily necessities unrelated to work are strictly prohibited in the library; Non-warehouse management personnel are not allowed to enter or leave the warehouse at will.

Article 8 Provisions on Temperature Hygiene Control of Office Supplies
(1) Before the product leaves the warehouse, the center temperature and carriage temperature should meet the specified requirements, and the refrigeration system must be fully opened. In order to avoid temperature rise, all delivery vehicles should be close to the delivery desk, and the products should not be stacked on the delivery desk for more than 90 minutes, and the delivery time should not exceed 60 minutes.
(2) In the process of product transportation, the number and time of opening doors should be reduced as much as possible, and the goods should be fast-forward and fast-out, so as to prevent the products from returning to temperature, deterioration or damage; The office city manager shall truthfully read the thermometer records of the product temperature arriving at the office and fill in the Product Transportation Temperature Record Form.
(3) The temperature of the office warehouse must be kept at 0℃-4℃, and the quick-frozen products should be kept below-18℃; Store high-temperature products below 25℃; When the outside temperature is higher than 4℃, the refrigeration system must be turned on, and when the outside temperature is higher than 25℃, the air conditioner in the warehouse must be turned on.
(4) If there is no insulated refrigerated truck in the office, conventional bicycles, tricycles and automobiles must be transported with insulation measures, and the products must be insulated with insulation with good insulation performance. In case of high temperature, long journey and long transportation time, ice cubes must be added to cool down.
(5) Sales customers must have corresponding storage conditions, and the product delivery process between office employees and customers must be carried out below 10℃, and the time should not exceed 90 minutes; After delivery, customers should be urged to store at 0℃-4℃ in time, and quick-frozen products must be delivered and stored below-18℃.

Article 9 Hygienic operation standards for fixed assets
(1) Motor transport vehicles: clear the sundries in the carriage; Wash the inside and outside of the whole carriage with tap water, and scrub the inside and outside of the carriage with a brush or cloth dipped in disinfectant; Rinse thoroughly with tap water again to remove foam; Evenly spraying bleaching powder solution; Drain the accumulated water in the carriage and keep the carriage clean; After the vehicle is transported back to the office, it should be cleaned in time according to the above standards; Non-food shall not be mixed in the transportation process, and the door of the carriage shall be kept closed, and no foreign matter or dust shall enter the carriage. When unloading midway, the carriage should be kept clean.
(2) Bicycles and tricycles: wash bicycles and tricycles with tap water before and after transportation every day; Food containers on vehicles should be cleaned before and after daily use and disinfected with 600ppm chlorine water.
(3) turnover box: it should be cleaned and disinfected before use.
(4) Warehouse mats: They should be cleaned and disinfected before use, and cleaned regularly.
(5) Harmful substances: cleaning agents, disinfectants, lubricating oil, etc. Should be clearly marked and stored away from the warehouse; Toxic substances should be marked and stored in special cabinets far away from the warehouse; Any possible pollution sources in the warehouse should be removed immediately to ensure correct identification and storage; In order to ensure that the hand washing equipment and disinfectants at the entrance of the warehouse are in an effective state, the concentration of available chlorine water in the storage place of hand washing disinfectants should be no less than 250ppm.
Tenth personnel health management and assessment standards
(A) personnel health management
1, employees should develop good hygiene habits, wash their hands frequently, cut their nails frequently, have a haircut frequently, take a bath frequently, do not scratch their heads, pick their noses, pick their teeth, sneeze when facing food, and do not have long hair or a beard during work.
2. Office staff should dress neatly and wear suits, shoes and ties when necessary; The changed clothes must be cleaned in time, and there can be no backlog. Bedding (such as quilts and mattresses), socks and shoes should be kept dry and tasteless.
3, the office staff should conduct a health check every year, when necessary, do temporary health check. New employees must pass the physical examination and obtain a health certificate before they can take up their posts; Patients suffering from trauma, dysentery, typhoid fever, viral hepatitis and other digestive tract infectious diseases, active tuberculosis, suppurative or exudative skin diseases and other diseases that hinder food hygiene shall not engage in food business activities; Staff must wash their hands before touching food.
(2) Evaluation criteria
1. If the personal hygiene image affects the image of the office and the company, the party concerned shall be punished by 20 yuan/time.
2. Employees whose personal hygiene is ineffective after repeated rectification, or seriously affects the company's image, or who are prohibited from engaging in hygiene problems in the food industry will be dismissed.
Eleventh public * * * regional health requirements and evaluation standards
(a) the corridor should be cleaned every day to ensure that there is no debris; Otherwise, the person responsible for health will be fined 10 yuan/time.
(2) The ground outside the office area and warehouse shall be cleaned once every morning to ensure that there is no paper scraps or other sundries on the ground. Otherwise, the party concerned will be fined 10 yuan/time.
(3) Turnover boxes and foam boxes should be neatly stacked. Otherwise, the party concerned will be fined 10 yuan/time.
Chapter III Supplementary Provisions
Article 12 The right to interpret these provisions belongs to a company, and the right to supervise them belongs to a company.
Thirteenth the provisions shall come into force as of the date of issuance, and the relevant provisions shall be abolished by themselves.
