Influenced by traditional ideas, kindergarten health care work is limited to disease prevention, diet nutrition, safety and health, which separates quality education from kindergarten health care work, resulting in the disconnection between education and protection, and the kindergarten health care work is hovering at a low level. The scientific definition of health by the World Health Organization is that there is not only no physical disease, but also a complete physiological and psychological state and the ability to adapt to society. According to this definition, measuring a child's health should be understood from three aspects: physical, psychological and social adaptation. Children's health includes not only the normal development of children's organs and tissues without any defects, but also good adaptability and self-awareness, healthy personality to meet the needs of society, harmonious interpersonal relationship and cheerful and optimistic personality. Therefore, it is very wrong to think that as long as children are taken care of, eat well, be healthy, and ensure safety and medical care. In addition, according to the Health Care System for Nurseries and Kindergartens promulgated by the Ministry of Health and combined with the specific requirements of the higher authorities in our city, our park has formulated a health care system suitable for our park, including the following aspects: indoor and outdoor environmental cleaning system, children's toy disinfection system, indoor air and bathroom disinfection system, tableware disinfection system, food hygiene system and health inspection system.

After the establishment of health care objectives, our park actively explored and practiced, and established a "patriotic health leading group" led by the director, participated by the deputy director and personally grasped by health care doctors. Under the specific guidance of the leading group, the method of combining layer-by-layer management with daily inspection is adopted to ensure that there are requirements, inspections and records in the work. In addition, our park also actively cooperated with the hospitals in the jurisdiction to do a good job in planned immunization, established a planned immunization card for each child, and organized children to vaccinate and take sugar pills in a unified way, which not only completed the tasks assigned by the hospital, but also provided convenience for parents.
