The people's governments of counties (autonomous counties) outside the main city can refer to the vehicle standards mentioned in the preceding paragraph, and can also formulate vehicle standards separately in light of local actual conditions. According to the needs, the people's governments of cities, districts and counties (autonomous counties) can adjust the specific standards for vehicles engaged in online carpooling business.

Article 34 of the Interim Measures for the Administration of Online Booking Taxi Management Services in Chongqing City is under any of the following circumstances, the driver of the online car can refuse to provide or continue to provide services; Passengers shall pay the expenses that have already occurred:
(a) carrying contraband and inflammable, explosive and other dangerous goods;
(two) drunken people and mental patients take the bus without supervision;
(three) carrying dogs and other prohibited animals by car;

Article 35 According to the needs of the development of the road passenger transport market or in case of emergency, the people's governments of cities, districts and counties (autonomous counties) may temporarily regulate and control the quantity and price of the network car, so as to ensure the healthy and stable development of the road transport market.
