Because the location of nasopharyngeal carcinoma is hidden, the symptoms are difficult to check, and the early symptoms of nasopharyngeal carcinoma are complex and lack of characteristics, which are easy to be ignored and delay the diagnosis and treatment. We must be vigilant. Common symptoms are:
① Bleeding: It is mainly nosebleed after nasal aspiration, or nosebleed. At the beginning, it is often a small amount of bloodshot, which is easy to be ignored. When there is a lot of bleeding, the lesion is often in the middle and late stage.
(2) Headache: Headache may occur in the early stage, and it tends to one side and is intermittent; Persistent severe headache in the later stage is easy to be mistaken for nervous migraine.
③ Enlargement of cervical lymph nodes: lump appears on one or both sides of the neck, which is nonfunctional, hard and has poor mobility, and is often mistaken for lymphadenitis or lymphadenitis.
④ Other symptoms: In addition to one or all of the above symptoms, symptoms such as nasal congestion, earplugs, tinnitus, neck numbness, diplopia and dying may also occur. Advanced cancer is prone to intracranial invasion and distant metastasis of bone, liver and lung.
Diagnostic nasopharyngoscopy is the most effective and reliable method to find pain and swelling, and the final diagnosis depends on biopsy. Serological examination of EB virus is beneficial to early detection. B-ultrasound of liver and spleen, photos of chest and skull base or cat CT scanning are of great significance to understand the extent of lesion invasion and whether there is distant metastasis.
Therapeutic radiotherapy is the main treatment method, and anticancer drugs can be used together; For tumors that cannot be cured by radiotherapy, surgery or other treatments can be considered.
