1. Implement the employment project for urban residents and further improve the social security system. Continue to implement the minimum living security line policy, improve the basic living standard of enterprise retirees, and promote and improve the pilot work of urban social security system.
2. Promote poverty alleviation and development in rural areas and improve the self-accumulation and self-development ability of poor farmers. Increase policy support and financial input to the central and western regions to promote the development of various social undertakings.
3.
