Has the Ministry of Health been changed into a health and wellness committee?

The Health and Health Commission and the Health Bureau are not in the same department or at the same level. In fact, the Health and Health Commission is the National Health and Wellness Commission. This department is mainly responsible for organizing the formulation of China citizens' health policies and preventing and controlling major national diseases. It is also responsible for coordinating and implementing policies to deal with the aging population and accelerating the development of aging undertakings and industries.

Although they are all related to health, the scope of responsibility is different. Health and Health Commission is the abbreviation of Health and Health Commission, Health Planning Commission is the abbreviation of Health and Family Planning Commission, and Health Bureau is the abbreviation of health administration. Institutional reform, from the Health Bureau to the Health Planning Commission, and then to the Health and Health Commission, has some differences in responsibilities and is generally similar. Although they are all related to health, the scope of responsibility is different. Health and Health Commission is the abbreviation of Health and Health Commission, Health Planning Commission is the abbreviation of Health and Family Planning Commission, and Health Bureau is the abbreviation of health administration. Health bureaus are divided into county and municipal levels. In the province is the health department, and in the center is the health department.

Health supervision will become one of the law enforcement units; If on-site law enforcement is established, health supervision will set up a separate law enforcement center in the health field. Administrative law enforcement is dominated by counties, and the municipal administrative law enforcement departments with districts are abolished and integrated into county law enforcement centers.

After the establishment of the law enforcement center, it still stays in the sequence of institutions. Due to the change of functions, public institutions put all administrative functions under administrative organs, thus canceling the public participation attribute of public institutions. According to the reform plan of Liaoning province, administrative law enforcement agencies have also decided not to participate in official duties, and those who have obtained the status of participating in official duties will temporarily retain their status and treatment.
