How to write the comprehensive evaluation of medical staff in internal medicine?

Self-evaluation of medical ethics (1)

In the past six months, I have carefully studied the Medical Ethics Standards and Implementation Measures for Medical Staff and the Implementation Measures for Medical Ethics Assessment for Medical Staff in Guangdong Province, which made me fully realize the importance and necessity of strengthening the construction of medical ethics. The construction of medical ethics is an important part of the construction of spiritual civilization and an indispensable spiritual pillar for the construction of Socialism with Chinese characteristics. Community medical personnel are the gatekeepers of people's health, and also the window for the party and the government to contact the masses. The quality of medical ethics is closely related to the broad masses of the people and is a major event related to the prestige of the party and the government.

After becoming a community medical worker, I have always insisted on providing high-quality, convenient and economical medical and health care services for residents in my jurisdiction. At work, we should respect patients, care about residents' health and create a civilized and harmonious doctor-patient environment. As a qualified community medical staff, we should be loyal to our duties, love our jobs, take the residents in the area as the center, be the gatekeeper of residents' health, and work hard for the development of community health.

As a community medical worker, the work is complicated and hard, but as long as you find the value of life, you will feel happy in your work. No matter how the times change, how medicine advances, how to prevent and control the occurrence and development of diseases, how to save lives, and how to practice humanitarianism will still be the highest criterion pursued by medical staff in our community all their lives, and also the behavioral benchmark that we should always remember.

Self-evaluation of medical ethics (2)

In recent years, a few medical staff have paid more attention to medical skills than medical ethics, and their service awareness is weak. They even accept "red envelopes" and ask for kickbacks, which damages the image of "doctors" to a certain extent and increases the difficulty of solving the problem of people's "difficulty in seeing a doctor". To solve this problem, we must strengthen the ideological and political work of medical staff and carry out professional ethics education with humanitarianism as the main content. At the same time, we should optimize the incentive mechanism of medical staff from the perspective of market economy and people-oriented actual environment.

The incentive mechanism of medical staff is a system and process in which hospital managers design certain incentive measures to control and guide the behavior of medical staff in a certain direction according to the needs of management objectives. It is highly directional. Reward what? How to reward? Who will decide this kind of reward? Only focus on the local interests of the hospital, or pay more attention to solving the social needs of "difficult to see a doctor" and "expensive to see a doctor" while considering the interests of the hospital? The answer is different. Looking at the incentive mechanism of a considerable number of hospitals at present, most of them consider the former and seldom consider the latter.

Admittedly, the basic duty and business work of the hospital is to heal the wounded and rescue the dying. It is impossible to run a hospital by a "quack" with poor medical skills. The development of hospitals also depends on economic benefits, and hospitals with long-term losses cannot survive. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary to encourage medical staff to study hard, improve the level of medical technology and increase economic benefits reasonably and legally. In fact, this has been widely valued in the incentive mechanism of hospitals at present, and it has also been quantified accordingly. The "optimization" we advocate is not to remove these incentive contents, but to increase the content of medical ethics and improve its position and weight in the incentive mechanism. The content of medical ethics is very extensive. It is not difficult to establish the content of optimal incentive. The key issue is how to achieve fairness and justice. The realization of fairness and justice needs a set of scientific and reasonable methods. Based on the current practice of some hospitals, it is feasible to implement quantitative assessment plus comprehensive assessment plus public participation. First of all, the energy should be quantified as much as possible for easy operation. Secondly, the implementation of medical ethics evaluation system is a fundamental measure to strengthen the construction of professional ethics and work style, an effective means to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship, correct unhealthy practices in the industry and civilized hospitals, and an important measure to optimize the incentive mechanism. Third, an effective supervision mechanism is two aspects that complement the incentive mechanism. There should be supervision not only by hospital leaders and employees, but also by the public and the media.

It plays an important and positive role in guiding the formation of purposeful, planned and organized atmosphere of medical ethics propaganda and public opinion supervision, praising the advanced and criticizing bad behavior. Hospital leaders should discover the good deeds of medical staff in time and report them in the media. As long as the facts exist, we should welcome the criticism of the media, actively cooperate with the rectification, and take it as an important basis for the implementation of the assessment system to ensure the survival and development of the hospital and the establishment of a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.

Self-evaluation of medical ethics (3)

First, whether they are loyal to their duties, heal the wounded and rescue the dying, and have professionalism.

The medical industry is different from other industries. The object of medical service is people, that is, patients and healthy people. There are also relatives, friends and social groups of patients who need to contact and deal with them. Treating some people sometimes involves all aspects, so medical work is not only related to the life safety of patients, but also to the joys and sorrows of thousands of families, which affects the stability and unity of society. This requires medical staff to always think about the pain of patients, understand the expectations of relatives and friends, think about the needs of society, work conscientiously, meticulously and accurately, and not engage in malpractice and carelessness.

This happened to me when I was a doctor and worked at night shift. A hospitalized patient with bronchial asthma suddenly got worse. He is deaf and dumb, so it is difficult to communicate. I don't know what he means. I simply treated his illness and thought it would get better. However, the patient died suddenly at night. This shocked me. In retrospect, although the patient's sudden death was related to his medical level not reaching the primary stage and communication difficulties, it was mainly due to his lack of sense of responsibility as a doctor and his lack of in-depth care and observation. From then on, I deeply realized the profound meaning of the old saying that "practicing medicine is on thin ice, like walking on an abyss" and what I said with Professor Zhang, a senior of modern medicine, "Are you still nervous because the patient gave you his life?" In the future medical work, I often use the lessons of this incident to check my words and deeds, strive to be meticulous, dialectical and serious, and constantly cultivate professionalism, and establish the pure position of medical professional ethics in my mind. Once, when I was rescuing a patient with Maas syndrome, I waited by the patient's side and fought for 24 hours continuously, and finally recovered the patient with four cardiac arrests.

Bacteria, mental and social factors can all lead to diseases. Patients go to the hospital, medical staff give them medical treatment, patients leave the hospital and join in social work, which constitutes a complete social interaction process, which is the significance of medical work.

Second, whether to treat patients equally, treat patients equally, and harmonious doctor-patient relationship.

The new medical model enlightens us that it is not enough to improve the quality of medical care only by improving medical technology. It is also necessary to have emotional infiltration and psychological behavior input that are highly serving the people, so that doctors and patients can be psychologically compatible and emotionally voiced, so that patients can truly feel the "apricot blossoms and spring warmth" of medical staff. The most important thing is to treat people equally. This mainly refers to the respect and concern of medical staff for patients' rights and interests and personality, which is the equality of personality. This requires medical staff to always think about the pain and safety of patients and the interests of patients, regardless of their status, power, filial piety, closeness, age, wealth, beauty and ugliness. They should treat each other equally. By doing so, the purpose of saving lives can be achieved; With this virtue, you will consciously respect the patient's personality under any circumstances. In addition, respecting patients' relatives and friends is the embodiment of this medical ethics.
