Connotation and nature of China's non-public economy
Since the founding of New China, China's non-public economy has experienced a tortuous development process. Theoretically, our understanding of the non-public economy has broken through the traditional controversial and harmful concepts, and then established new concepts of complementarity and usefulness. In particular, the 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has made a major breakthrough in the traditional ownership theory, and the understanding of the status of non-public ownership economy has risen from complementarity to the theory of * * * common development.
The transformation from outside the basic system to within the system has been realized. The 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China further pointed out that in the process of socialist modernization, we should adhere to public ownership as the main body and promote the development of non-public ownership economy. In practice, the non-public economy has become a new force in the development of China's market economy.
