However, in today's society, for the sake of economic life, they have another role as a "professional woman", and these multiple roles make them live a life of burning candles between home and work. When you have the ability to manage your body, you have the ability to have the life you want-Anne, who always whispers at the first turning point in her life, now has multiple roles, such as fitness coach, yoga teacher, best-selling author, CEO of fitness brand, * * * and mother of two children. Her seemingly happy life met the biggest setback in her life at the age of 25-divorce! Annie said that I didn't get much love from my parents when I was young, and my parents divorced when I was very young, so I always wanted to have a warm family, a husband who loved me and a child I loved when I grew up. So I met my ex-husband when I was 2 1 year old. At that time, I decided that he was the love of my life, so I abandoned everything and married him quickly, living a lady's life that everyone admired and focusing on him and his son. But life is not that Snow White lived happily ever after. Because of the pressure of work and his hot personality, he often loses his temper with me in the middle of the night. I put up with it for four years and left with my son Clive.

Exercise freed me from negative emotions. After leaving the marriage that made her feel pain and fear, in order to avoid falling into sadness and depression all the time, I stayed in the gym to exercise from 8 am to 3 pm every day. Annie said, I am very afraid to recall the unpleasant memories of the past, so I began to work hard every day, making my body exhausted. Except that I am no longer paranoid, and I don't need to take sleeping pills and drugs for Gray's disease for a long time, my body and spirit are getting better every day. At this time, I suddenly found that the sweat of exercise had slowly taken away the negative emotions in my body, so I began to think about what kind of life I wanted. What kind of woman do I want to be?

The sweat of exercise helped me get rid of the negative emotions generated at low tide. I saw a changed Annie in the mirror. After she gradually got rid of the first low tide in her life, why did she want to be an all-round fitness instructor with a weak face? When we asked this question, Anne smiled slightly and said that I was a girl who loved sports since I was a child. I have practiced ballet, participated in track and field and table tennis teams, and my sports performance has always been good, but I have to give up this interest because I want to pursue further studies. However, when I engage in sports again, it is to get rid of my inner fear and low tide. During that time, I would look in the mirror every day and carefully observe the changes of girls. Suddenly, one day, my mind flashed. However, if I want to help more people, I must be an all-round physical fitness coach.

I see myself changing in the mirror. Annie said that at that time, the classified training programs of physical fitness coaches in the industry were relatively simple, so it was necessary to find a fitness coach for weight training; If you want to practice yoga, you must go to a yoga teacher. If you want to take an aerobics class, you have to find another aerobics teacher. When you encounter any problems in the training process, these teachers or coaches can't help you solve them effectively. What obstacles have you encountered in the process of being an all-round fitness instructor at the balance between family and work? Anne suddenly burst into tears. She said that the first obstacle she encountered was her father's opposition and questioning! Especially 10 years ago, most of them were male coaches, and female coaches were very few. Therefore, when I returned to Taiwan Province Province from the United States and asked my father to take the weight training instructor's license, my father asked me with a very serious and skeptical expression: "You should be a girl who is a yoga teacher. Is it necessary to take this test with other boys? " Because, my father thinks that no girl can do such sports training, but I don't think that no one can do it at the moment doesn't mean I can't. So in order to prove my determination and perseverance to my father, I gritted my teeth and started my second license, that is, AFAA's WT Weight Training Coach Certificate. Just because others don't do it doesn't mean I can't! The second problem I met was my son. In order to make myself move towards the goal of an all-round fitness instructor, I have to give everything I have to support my family, continue my studies and get a license. At that time, I had to sacrifice the time I spent with my son when I was a single parent. So when he was 9 years old, he had to be a key child independently, go home for dinner, do his homework and sleep by himself. I still remember seeing the text message "Mommy! My keys are missing! At present, I still want to teach, so I let him stand alone for four hours on a rainy night and wait for me to pick him up after class. Now I question myself again, whether it is right to choose to be a physical fitness coach! So I rearranged the balance between work and family for myself. I believe that only by finding a position that suits me can everything become valuable. Until now, I often fly between Taiwan Province Province (work) and Seoul (family)!

Only by finding the right place can everything become valuable. At the second turning point in her life, Anne, who once lived entirely on her husband, began to think about having a gym that belongs to her dreams and can help people realize their dreams after working as a fitness instructor in the gym for a while. So in 20 15, she set up her own fitness brand ACED FITNESS UK in London, England, and went to Hungary to win the agency right of X Boy training in Taiwan Province Province. At the same time, I continue to teach trapeze in Taiwan Province Province and Britain, and bring my own fitness brand back to Taiwan Province Province every other year, so that more people can be exposed to different fitness courses and training modes. ACED FITNESS UK has been established in Taiwan Province Province for more than two years, and Anne is still learning and growing through constant failures and setbacks.

Entrepreneurship is the realization of my dream and the second turning point of my life. When we asked, did you encounter any problems during your three-year entrepreneurial process? Annie was silent for a while and said that when a boss is a coach, he should not only learn professional fitness knowledge, but also learn how to manage the company, train coaches, employees and brand marketing operations. At first, because I didn't know how to operate, I just rushed forward with a passion and dream, so I suffered a lot of sudden boredom and frustration. Later, I forced myself to take classes and train independently. I take time out to study, study, business management and brand marketing courses and books every day. Although this kind of life only leaves me 2-3 hours of sleep every day, I really can't describe the sense of accomplishment when I see myself putting the brand on the track gradually.

In addition to being a fitness coach and brand CEO, Annie has another role, that is, the author of fitness books.
