The existence of life and the enjoyment of the right to life are the highest personal interests of everyone. Therefore, protecting life from illegal infringement is the first and most important human right of citizens.
The right to health, also known as the right to physical health, includes both physical and mental aspects.

Article 33 Anyone with China nationality is a citizen of China. All China people and citizens are equal before the law. The state respects and guarantees human rights.

Article 37 The personal freedom of People's Republic of China (PRC) citizens shall be inviolable. No citizen shall be arrested unless approved or decided by the people's procuratorate or decided by the people's court, and shall be executed by the public security organ.
It is forbidden to illegally detain or deprive or restrict citizens' personal freedom by other means, and it is forbidden to illegally search citizens' bodies.
Article 38 The personal dignity of People's Republic of China (PRC) citizens shall be inviolable. It is forbidden to insult, slander, falsely accuse or frame citizens in any way.
