Work safety in production should be people-oriented, adhere to people-oriented and life-first, give priority to ensuring people's life safety, firmly establish the concept of safe development, adhere to the policy of safety first, prevention first and comprehensive management, and prevent and resolve major safety risks from the source. Safety in production must include industry management, enterprise management and production management, strengthen and implement the main responsibility of production and business units and government supervision responsibility, and establish a mechanism in which production and business units are responsible, employees participate, government supervision, industry self-discipline and social supervision.
