REACH SQ-5700 silicone quaternary ammonium salt can be easily diluted in water. While stirring, add REACHSQ-5700 to obtain a diluted solution of REACH SQ-5700, and adjust the concentration of REACH SQ-5700 aqueous solution according to raw materials, treatment methods and product uses.
Common dyeing machines can be used to process fibers, such as Auschwitz dyeing machine, skein dyeing machine and bobbin dyeing machine when processing yarns, rope dyeing machine and dip dyeing machine when processing fabrics, and drum dyeing machine when processing products. REACH SQ-5700 can be treated after dyeing process, after sufficient washing and dehydration, and before drying process.
When processing REACH SQ-5700, the most important thing is that the surface of the processed object must be fully cleaned before processing REACH SQ-5700. Substances that are easy to fall off, such as excessive dirt such as dyes and detergents, must be fully washed with water or hot water. If the pollution is treated by REACH SQ-5700, it will fall off with the dirt after washing once, which is not durable. After being treated by REACH SQ-5700, the treated object is dried and dehydrated at 80- 120℃, and a firm film is formed on the surface of the treated object. REACH SQ-5700 is not formed by heating and hardening, but by drying wet-processed objects. Even if it is dried at room temperature, its antibacterial performance is the same as that after heating and drying.
If you need soft, hand-feel, water-absorbing, antistatic and antifouling finishing, you must consider the ionic nature of these finishing agents. For example, if it is a cationic or nonionic treatment agent, it can be treated in the same bath as REACH SQ-5700, but in order to improve the treatment efficiency of REACH SQ-5700, it is better to treat it in one bath, two stages or two baths respectively.
For anionic processing AIDS, one bath treatment should be avoided, and two baths should be used for processing. All the above occasions should be handled with REACHSQ-5700 first.
Reference finishing formula and conditions
For nylon:
Reach 3.0% o.w.f of sq-5700.
Biological silicon156 0.6 ~ 0.75% o.w.f.
The bath ratio is 1: 10~20.
There is no need to adjust the pH value of the plating solution.

Acid dyes should be fixed before reaching SQ-5700 treatment, otherwise the rubbing fastness will be affected.
Coating finishing, softening finishing (except hydrophilic softener) and antistatic finishing should be carried out after REACH SQ-5700 finishing, because they will delay the exhaustion of REACH SQ-5700.
Used for acrylic fiber: same as nylon.
In yarn finishing, hank and cheese dyeing machines can be used.
Used for cotton:
Reach 3.0% o.w.f of sq-5700.
The bath ratio is 1: 10~20.
The pH value is 5.5~6.5

Finishing process
REACH SQ-5700 weight gain calculation formula;
Wet weight increase% × immersion concentration% = added weight of dry weight of fabric sample × 100%.
The dry weight of the fabric sample is known.
Dry fabric samples are only soaked in pure water.
Weigh the wet sample again to determine its wet weight.
Its weight gain percentage under general moisture condition can be calculated as follows: [(wet weight-dry weight)/dry weight] × 100% =% wet weight gain.
According to the added weight of the dry weight of the fabric sample, the REACH SQ-5700 solution with appropriate concentration is prepared according to the standard of 3%~5%.

Before the agent can achieve the best effect, it is necessary to ensure that the surfaces of the soaking tank and the fabric to be treated are clean and free of dirt.
Because REACH SQ-5700 is cationic, if it is processed with softener or other additives, its compatibility and ionicity must be considered, and the softener or other additives must be compatible with REACH SQ-5700. Softening agents or other additives must be nonionic or cationic. If the softener or other additives are not compatible with REACH SQ-5700 or anion series, the processing must be carried out twice. Treat REACH SQ-5700 first, and then treat softener or other additives.
If nylon fabric is treated (acid dye for nylon dyeing), the residual anions can be neutralized with cationic quaternary ammonium salt and then finished.
When using continuous production and processing, if the residual liquid in the reaction tank needs to be processed again within one month, the solution can be sealed and stored for reuse.
The residual liquid produced by continuous production can be treated by neutralization, dilution, burying in soil and other ways in line with environmental regulations, or by sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate to neutralize wastewater, or by anionic soapy water directly.
