We send our children to kindergarten in the hope that they can have an environment where they can receive education and take care of themselves safely. But I never thought that such a thing would happen to me. How to avoid such incidents? It really requires the efforts of all parties:
1. Parents of children: At present, the most direct way is to protect children through parents. Parents should not shy away from children's physical and mental safety education. As long as parents talk well, children can understand.
From bullying on campus some time ago to child abuse today, parents should let their children know how to get along with strangers and acquaintances in society such as teachers and classmates, and neither bully other children nor be bullied by others. When in danger, you should know how to ask for help and tell your parents.
Parents should not pass on their anxiety and fear to their children, because they are often very sensitive. Don't let them be in the anxiety of interpersonal relationship. Before expressing their feelings to their children, parents should calm down and let their children accept safety awareness. Don't be afraid.
2. Admission, affiliation and supervision of kindergartens: Admission, affiliation and supervision of kindergartens have always been a big problem. Kindergartens are like a dark continent, only seeing the crazy expansion of various institutions, but without a strong management system. As a part of education, kindergartens should be managed equally with primary schools, middle schools and universities. We hope this part can be really improved.
3. Kindergarten teacher education: The teachers of kindergarten teachers have always been a topic of little concern. Recently, the news revealed that the gap of kindergarten teachers in China reached 3 million, and 22.4% only had high school education or below. The mental health problems of kindergarten teachers have not been taken seriously. The overall quality of teachers needs to be improved, and the psychological problems of kindergarten teachers such as job burnout, sensitive interpersonal relationship and poor self-control need to be alleviated in time. Both kindergartens and education departments need effective management and psychological counseling for the whole staff of kindergarten teachers.
The uneven development of various regions in China leads to the concentration of population in some cities and the sparseness in some areas. In the long run, balancing the development of various regions can not only avoid the management problems caused by the shortage of kindergarten teachers and too many children in cities, but also improve the quality of kindergarten teachers in other regions.
I hope we all have a good life. Welcome to pay attention to Yao Zhitian.
