1. Entry personnel: According to the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Prevention and Control Plan of novel coronavirus and related requirements, the entry personnel conducted nucleic acid testing on the observation personnel in centralized isolation on 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7.
2. Close contacts: nucleic acid detection was carried out on 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 days after centralized isolation observation. In the event of a large-scale epidemic, in order to alleviate the serious shortage of resources in centralized isolation points, the measures of "5 days of centralized isolation observation +5 days of home isolation observation" can be taken for close contacts, and 1, 2, 3 and 5 days of centralized isolation observation.
3. Spillover in high-risk areas: nucleic acid detection was carried out in 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 days.
4. Environmental detection: Environmental nucleic acid detection should be carried out regularly during the opening of centralized isolation places. Focus on sampling inspection of doorknobs, garbage, countertops, cleaning tools and other parts of living quarters, employee passages and isolated personnel passages.
5. After positive personnel are detected in centralized isolation points, the local leading group for epidemic prevention and control in novel coronavirus should organize experts to start cross-infection investigation within 12 hours, and seriously investigate and verify whether there is cross-infection risk. In particular, the isolation degree of left and right adjacent rooms, three opposite rooms, upstairs and downstairs 1 vertically adjacent rooms should be evaluated, and the scope can be expanded if necessary. If there is a risk of cross-infection, the risk personnel need to re-complete the centralized isolation medical observation for 7 days from the date of leaving the environment with the risk of cross-infection. If the environment or articles are positive, it is necessary to comprehensively judge whether there is infection in the isolated person through the results of re-nucleic acid detection and environmental previous nucleic acid detection.
