1. Wash and drain glutinous rice.
2. Stir-fry diced bacon in a wok, stir-fry diced bamboo shoots and diced peas together after fragrance.
3. Add a little cooking wine and stir fry until the material is about five ripe. Add the washed glutinous rice and stir-fry until the rice is slightly yellow. Drain the water and add some salt if the taste is heavy.
It takes about 40~50 minutes for the fire to boil.
Long summer rice:
