Pay attention to balanced nutrition during cooking, and don't be partial to a certain food. Food is the most important thing for people. As long as you have food security, your health will be guaranteed.

A family of three or four people eating together is more conducive to the balance of nutrition. If a person cooks and eats, we will probably eat and cook casually. If there are many people, we will cook more dishes, so that our nutrition will be more balanced.

Besides, I can pull it out. It is concluded that fluency is not required, and 1~2 times a day should be guaranteed at least. A day without smoking is equivalent to smoking three packs of cigarettes. It can be seen that the harm of constipation is still great. There are two effective ways to solve constipation. 1 type is that the hands and fingers cross and rub each other (rubbing hands), which is beneficial to defecation. The second is to sit up straight, and kneeling on the upper body is conducive to defecation. Try not to treat constipation with drugs, which may lead to dependence. People had better try to adopt this method without toxic side effects.

Then I can go to bed. Only by ensuring sleep can people have strong energy to devote themselves to work and life the next day. Lack of sleep can lead to various problems in their bodies. Modern people are stressed and prone to sleep disorders. Many people have difficulty falling asleep at night and are easy to wake up in the middle.

Insomnia should not be treated with drugs. It may be better to use a non-toxic and side-effect way. The way of rubbing hands mentioned above has a certain therapeutic effect on insomnia. You can also brush your palms and soles with a brush before going to bed, which is also good for insomnia.

You can also massage your feet with two ballpoint pens, which has an immediate effect on insomniacs who have difficulty falling asleep and are easy to wake up in the middle. You can also watch a few episodes of TV series before going to bed, kill time and massage at the same time, and the effect is good. This is also the way I have been promoting sleep.

People can't sleep well because there is something wrong with their internal organs. People's internal organs are all in the palm of their hands and feet, and they all have their reflection areas. Massage their palms or soles, which is equivalent to massage and conditioning people's internal organs.
