Four. Visa description

Matters needing attention

1. The success of applying for a visa depends on the direct examination results of the visa officers of the embassies and consulates of the relevant countries; If the visa is rejected in the end, the applicant will naturally accept the result and give up the right to pursue any responsibility of the company.

2. The expected working day is the processing time under normal circumstances when the embassy issues a visa; In case of special reasons, such as holidays, internal staff adjustment of the embassy, visa printer failure, etc. There may be delays in issuing visas; The company is not responsible for the possible economic losses caused by the subsequent travel arrangements made by the applicant according to the expected date of the visa.

3. The visa validity period and the number of days of stay published on the relevant visa materials are for reference only, and no legal commitment is made. Everything is subject to the visa content issued by the visa officer.

4. You need to buy a plane ticket. It is recommended to sign for it before buying.

exceptional case

Temporary population: need a copy of temporary residence permit (effective six months ago. If it is less than six months, please provide the original temporary residence permit or the original certificate letter issued by the local public security bureau and neighborhood Committee. The specific requirements of the country need to be confirmed by the Russian Consulate in China).

Matters related to visa-free travel

At present, China and China have signed an agreement on mutual visa exemption for group tours. Under the framework of this agreement, Russian citizens can travel visa-free through group tours.

Group visa-free travel has many advantages. By means of visa-free travel, tourists can save time for visa formalities and shorten the travel cycle. Group tours will organize individual travelers, accompanied by tour guides throughout. During the tour, the tour guide not only explains the scenic spots and historical sites to tourists, but also provides all kinds of necessary help, answers all kinds of questions and solves all kinds of unexpected situations during the tour. In a word, it is to make tourists have a happier time abroad. Team travel is safer and can avoid all kinds of unpleasant events in Russia.

I believe that the citizens of the two countries do not fully understand the provisions of the visa-free agreement between the two countries, so it is necessary to remind them of the most important rules of the visa-free agreement.

The first is how to define group tourism. According to the agreement, group tourism refers to tourists from one country (Russian Federation and China) with the number between 5 and 50 (inclusive), who travel to another country as a group for the purpose of tourism.

According to the regulations of Russian and China authorities, there are strict requirements for companies that have the right to organize visa-free tour groups. Companies that coordinate Russian visa-free travel include: China's non-commercial partner-International Tourism Integration Alliance "World Without Borders" and China Travel Agency Association.

The visa-free travel period for tourists from one country in another country shall not exceed 15 natural days.

After the representatives of tour groups submit the list of tour groups, documents certifying and confirming the nature of tour companies in other countries to the border government (the list must include copies of certificates and tourists' information, and must also be stamped by the agency responsible for coordination and the tourism agency of that country), the border government authorizes the tour groups to pass.

The list of tour groups in People's Republic of China (PRC) consists of two parts: Chinese and English. The information of tour group members should include: name, gender, place of origin, date of birth, ID number, validity period of ID, date and place of entry and exit, tour route, hotel name, name of tour company, address and contact information. Sufficient copies of the register should be kept to ensure that it is handed over to the border government when crossing the border. The format and samples of the document can be found on the official website of the World Without Borders Alliance.

It is particularly important to emphasize that tourists who travel to other countries through visa-free channels can only travel with groups. If a member of a tour group cannot travel with the group for some reason, he should apply to the competent authority for a visa for that country.

Tourism companies of the two countries have the responsibility to ensure that members of their respective tour groups return to China on time. If there is a problem that prevents tourists from returning to China on time, the travel company should coordinate with relevant institutions to solve the problem. If the tourists who fail to return home on time are unable to pay the return expenses, the expenses shall be borne by the travel company that organized the tour, and the travel company of another country shall also bear part of the expenses.

All visa-free visitors in China can get a special "tourist map" (Chinese version) with information on how to deal with emergencies. The manual also includes a free telephone information center, where visitors can consult all kinds of information, including illegal events, lost documents, luggage, leaving the tour group and other emergencies. The sales staff of the information center will provide necessary help to tourists who encounter difficulties in Chinese.

According to the agreement between the Russian Federation Tourism Bureau and the General Administration of Tourism of People's Republic of China (PRC), China citizens will be granted the biggest preferential policy of visa-free travel to Russia.

Russian tourists need to apply for visa-free travel to China from the trusted China Tourism Company, so as to ensure that the company has the right to provide visa-free services and organize travel to Russia quickly and promptly.

Sino-Russian Agreement on Facilitating Citizens' Exchanges

On the afternoon of 20 13 Moscow time, in the Malachite Hall of the Kremlin, witnessed by China President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin, Foreign Minister Wang Yi of China and Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov signed the Agreement between the Governments of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Russian Federation on Facilitating Citizens' Exchanges on behalf of the two governments respectively. This intergovernmental agreement is unique because it focuses on facilitating and serving the exchanges between citizens of the two countries and provides a new platform for further expanding personnel exchanges and promoting exchanges and cooperation in various fields between the two countries.

The Agreement on Facilitating Exchanges between Chinese and Russian Citizens is one of the important achievements of President Xi's visit to Russia, which contains many pragmatic and beneficial contents to facilitate exchanges. First, holders of official passports of the two countries can enter the country visa-free and stay for a short time. This provision greatly facilitates the exchange of public officials from both sides. Second, the relevant procedures of invitation letters have been adjusted for visa applications for personnel who implement inter-country or inter-departmental cooperation projects and business, cultural, educational and sports exchanges between the two sides. This will greatly simplify the visa application procedures for the above-mentioned personnel and save time. The third is to clearly stipulate the visa fee, time limit, visa-free fee and special convenience for providing visas for humanitarian reasons. It not only standardizes the visa issuing procedure, reduces the arbitrariness of the visa issuing authority, but also facilitates the applicant to arrange the itinerary, which reflects the humanistic care for the visa applicant. The formal signing of the agreement has brought a successful conclusion to the negotiations that lasted for two years and nine months, and will also open a smooth road for people and enterprises to "go global" and make the road of Sino-Russian friendship wider and wider.
