Article 7 The science and technology commissions of provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and cities under separate state planning shall manage the national high-tech industrial development zones in their respective regions as follows:

As the daily management organization of the Development Zone, the Development Zone Management Committee can exercise the provincial and municipal economic management authority and management authority of planning, land, industry and commerce, taxation, finance, labor and personnel, project approval and foreign affairs approval granted by the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and cities with separate plans, and implement unified management of the Development Zone. Article 9 The main duties of the Management Committee of the National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone are:
(a) the implementation of national and local policies and regulations on development zones;

High-tech enterprises are established, managed and operated in accordance with the principles of "independent operation, self-financing, self-restraint and self-development". Eleventh enterprises that meet the requirements of the accreditation standards in the national high-tech industrial development zone may apply for accreditation of high-tech enterprises; As a high-tech enterprise after examination, it can enjoy various preferential policies given by the state and local governments to high-tech enterprises.
