Processing time:
Our center is responsible for handling the health certificates of employees within the jurisdiction of Guandu District. The processing time is 8: 30am-11:30am on normal working days; Afternoon 13:00- 16:30. You only need to come to our center for relevant health examination (no need for fasting), and you can get the certificate after 3 working days.
Handling method: at present, the number is issued on the spot, and only those who get the number can handle it on the spot. I suggest you queue up to get the number before 8: 30 in the morning. 1 person, 1, can't get it!
Materials required:
You need to provide: 1, the original ID card; 2. A copy of the business license; 3. The work certificate (indicating name, gender, ID number and type of work) of the employing unit (or the unit to be employed) shall be stamped with the official seal.

Article 45 Food producers and business operators shall establish and implement the health management system for employees. Persons suffering from diseases that hinder food safety as stipulated by the administrative department of health of the State Council shall not engage in direct contact with imported food. Food production and marketing personnel engaged in direct contact with imported food shall undergo annual health examination and obtain health certificates before taking up their posts.
Article 7 of the Regulations on Public Health and Safety Management
Personnel who directly serve customers in public places can only engage in their own work with the Health Certificate. Persons suffering from dysentery, typhoid fever, viral hepatitis, active tuberculosis, purulent or exudative skin diseases and other diseases that hinder public health shall not engage in direct customer service before they are cured.
Article 7 of the Regulations on Hygienic Supervision of Cosmetics, the personnel directly engaged in cosmetics production must have an annual health examination and obtain a health certificate before they can engage in cosmetics production activities.
Anyone who suffers from tinea manuum, onychomycosis, hand eczema, hand psoriasis or scales, exudative dermatosis, dysentery, typhoid, viral hepatitis, active tuberculosis and other infectious diseases may not directly engage in cosmetics production activities.
