Originated in Tai Ji Chuan, China, it has been handed down from generation to generation since the formation of17th century. Practitioners are all over the country and widely circulated overseas. Tai Ji Chuan is famous for his unique boxing method and internal training method, which is regarded as a method to enhance physical health and balance, and also has spiritual significance and philosophical connotation. Tai Ji Chuan is listed in the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage List, which shows that the protection and inheritance of this important cultural heritage is recognized and valued globally.
The common schools in Tai Ji Chuan are Chen, Yang, Wu, Sun and Yue. Each school has its own characteristics and is in a state of letting a hundred flowers blossom.

1, Dragon Boat Race
Dragon boat race is one of the customs of China Dragon Boat Festival, and it is also one of the most important festivals and folk activities. It widely exists in the south of China, and there are also dragon boat races in cities near rivers, lakes and seas in the north, and most of them are held in the form of dragon boat rowing and dragon boat dancing. There are many sayings about the origin of dragon boat racing, such as offering sacrifices to Cao E, Qu Yuan, water god or dragon god, which can be traced back to the Warring States period.
Dragon boat race was first introduced to Japan, Vietnam, Britain and other neighboring countries, and it was the official event of Guangzhou Asian Games in 20 10. On may 23rd, 201/year, the dragon boat race was approved by the State Council and included in the third batch of national intangible cultural heritage list.

It is one of the official events of the first World Intellectual Games. On May 20th, 2006, chess was approved by the State Council to be included in the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage list.
