4.2.2 Rights and Obligations of Laborers (1) Laborers exposed to occupational hazards have the right to obtain occupational health examination and know the results of their own health examination. (2) Laborers have the right to know the possible impact and harm of their work on health. Laborers or their representatives have the right to participate in the decision-making process of the employer to establish an occupational health monitoring system and formulate detailed rules for the implementation of health monitoring. Workers' representatives and trade union organizations should also cooperate with occupational health professionals to play their due roles in preventing occupational diseases and promoting workers' health. (3) Workers should learn and understand relevant occupational health knowledge and laws and regulations on occupational disease prevention; You should master the operating procedures, correctly use and maintain occupational disease protection equipment and personal protective equipment, and report the hidden dangers of occupational diseases in time. (4) Laborers shall participate in the occupational health examination arranged by the employer in accordance with the guiding principles of this Code, and cooperate with occupational health professionals and the employer in the implementation process. If the health check-up project is not a mandatory project formulated by national laws and regulations, workers should voluntarily participate. (5) Laborers have the right to complain about the employer's violation of the relevant provisions on occupational health monitoring. (6) Workers who have objections to the conclusion of occupational health examination have the right to complain in accordance with relevant regulations.
