Five steps of running together: preparation: there are four postures of walking, standing, sitting and lying down when practicing running together. Put your hands down, naturally put them on your thighs, relax your shoulders and elbows, straighten your back, close your forehead slightly, and hang your head like the ceiling, taking the correct and natural posture as the standard. The steps are as follows: (1) After sitting down, narrow your vision and pay attention to the absence of the tip of your nose. At this time, you can close your eyes and listen carefully to your exhalation to avoid making rough sounds. At the same time, your mind should follow your breath to your heart. When you inhale, let nature take its course without any conscious action. Repeatedly, the true qi will gather in the heart. It is required to practice once every morning and evening for 20 minutes.

(2) When you feel fever in your heart as soon as you exhale in the first step, you can slowly and naturally push to the lower abdomen (Dantian) with the breathing practice. Don't be too hasty. Practice for 20~30 minutes three times a day.

(3) When the abdomen is obvious in the second step, you can stay in the abdomen intentionally or unintentionally. Don't pay attention to sending the gas down again, so as not to be too hot and consume vaginal fluid. Practice this step three times a day for more than 30 minutes each time.

(4) After staying in Dantian for about 40 days, the true qi is enriched to a certain extent and has enough strength, that is, it goes up along the spine. When the true qi rises, the mind follows the upward force. If it stops somewhere, don't guide it up with consciousness. Practice the strength of the abdomen and constantly enrich it, and naturally it will gradually improve. If you go up to the jade pillow and shut it down, you can go through the top of your head. In this step, appropriately increase the number of exercises every day for 40 to 60 minutes each time.

(5) Continue to stick to the abdomen, but be flexible. If Baihui point on the top of the head has activity, it can also be attached to the top of the head. This step is performed three times a day for about 60 minutes or more each time. Can't be forced. If you feel uncomfortable, you can stop practicing.
