Can healthy people donate organs?

Medically, it is possible. Some organs can't be donated by living people, such as cornea and heart. What supports living donation is that when a part of the body is missing, the remaining organs will compensate. It's like a team of seven people working, two people taking time off, and the remaining five people can work together as people taking time off. The remaining organs will be very tired. Some bodies that can be reconstructed can be donated, such as blood, hematopoietic stem cells and bone marrow. These will only affect the body in a short time.
