2. Nursing care of poor lumbar spine
Maintain correct posture: pay special attention to sitting and sleeping posture.
Don't do strenuous jumping, use aerobics to avoid muscle stiffness.
Don't sleep on a soft bed or carry heavy objects.
Wear light, soft and elastic shoes to avoid increasing the burden on the spine.
Frequent hot baths can eliminate muscle stiffness.
Regular backstroke exercise (especially the buoyancy of seawater) can strengthen muscles and protect the spine.
Massage your spine regularly every week to help maintain your spine.
If it hurts again, treat it as soon as possible so as not to delay the illness.
Daily health care: Sit correctly. If you have to sit for a long time, the chair you are sitting in must have a backrest, and the angle of the backrest should not be greater than 1 15 degrees. The hips must be close to the backrest. If a lumbar pad can be added to the waist, the normal curvature of the lumbar spine can be maintained.
When walking, you should hold out your chest instead of abdomen to avoid the compression of lumbar nerves caused by lumbar processes, especially pregnant women.
When sleeping, in order to maintain the normal curvature of the cervical spine, the pillow should be replaced with a healthy pillow that conforms to the ergonomic design of the human neck (conforms to the normal curvature of the neck) and avoid sleeping on a high pillow.
Avoid bending down to pick up heavy objects, and squat down to pick them up.
