Workers' health monitoring files include workers' occupational history, occupational hazard exposure history, occupational health examination results, occupational disease diagnosis and treatment and other personal health information. Workers have the right to ask for a copy when they leave the employer, and the employer shall provide it truthfully and free of charge, and sign the copy provided.
