First, soybean oil
Soybean oil is an oil extracted from soybean, usually called soybean salad oil, and it is one of the most commonly used edible oils. Mainly produced in Northeast China, North China, East China and Central South China. The higher the quality of soybean oil, the lighter the color, usually pale yellow, clear and transparent, without sediment and beany smell. High-quality soybean oil below zero degrees Celsius will have oil crystals.
Second, peanut oil
Peanut oil consists of 20% saturated fatty acids and 80% unsaturated fatty acids, mainly oleic acid, linoleic acid and palmitic acid. The iodine value is about 80 ~ 1 10, which belongs to drying oil. Pale yellow, transparent and fragrant, it is a high-quality edible oil. According to the national standard GB 1534-2003 of Peanut Oil, peanut oil can be divided into leaching peanut oil and pressing peanut oil according to the production process. Leached peanut oil is the oil made by solvent leaching, and pressed peanut oil is the oil made by pressing method.
Third, rapeseed oil.
Rapeseed oil is what we commonly call vegetable oil, also called rapeseed oil, coriander oil, rapeseed oil, sesame oil and mustard oil. It's edible oil squeezed from rapeseed. It is one of the main edible oils in China, mainly produced in the Yangtze River valley, southwest and northwest, and its output ranks first in the world.
After nearly 10 years' efforts, China has transformed the traditional inferior high erucic rapeseed oil into low erucic rapeseed oil with the best nutritional quality in bulk vegetable oil. By 20 10 years, the double low rate of rapeseed in China has reached over 90%.
What is cooking oil?
Edible oil, also known as edible oil, refers to animal and vegetable oil used in food production. It is liquid at room temperature.
