How come everyone's health magazines can't be found online?

Everyone's health magazine HowNet can't be found because the journal itself is not in HowNet and Wanfang database. According to relevant public information, HowNet, namely China HowNet, or often called China Periodical Network, is the largest academic paper database and academic electronic resource integrator in China, including more than 95% of the officially published Chinese academic resources.
