1. First download a software called "AR Ruler" in the APPstore, and then open this app. Scan the ground where I am standing with my mobile phone first.

2. Before starting the measurement, you can click the Measure-Height Measurement button to enter the height measurement mode.

3. Then pick up the phone and put it flat on your head, and press the volume button. The number displayed on the screen of the mobile phone is my height.
