5. Recent one-inch bareheaded photos (used to apply for the qualification certificate of enjoying the basic old-age insurance benefits);
6, the old-age insurance manual (in our center to pay a one-time old-age insurance can not be used);
7. Old-age insurance should be paid to the month when retirement is declared;
8, the flow of personnel relations (files) management manual.

Legal basis:
Article 1 of the Interim Measures of the State Council on Retirement and Resignation of Workers.
Workers in enterprises and institutions owned by the whole people, party and government organs and mass organizations shall retire if they meet one of the following conditions:
(a) men over 60 years of age, women over 50 years of age, continuous service 10 years;
(2) Those who are engaged in underground, high altitude, high temperature, particularly heavy manual labor or other jobs harmful to health, and have reached the age of 55 for men and 45 for women, and have worked continuously for ten years. This provision also applies to grassroots cadres with the same working conditions as workers;
(3) The male has reached 50 years of age and the female has reached 45 years of age, with continuous service of 10 years, and has been completely incapacitated by the hospital and confirmed by the labor appraisal committee;
(four) work-related disability, proved by the hospital, and confirmed by the labor appraisal committee, completely lost the ability to work.
