Do you know how to keep healthy? There is a Victoria Declaration in the world, which has three milestones: the first is called balanced diet, the second is called aerobic exercise, and the third is called mental state. These three milestones are internationally famous, but many of us don't know them. The titles of the three milestones will not change, but the contents will change at any time.
I. A balanced diet
Let's talk about the first question, a balanced diet. The so-called balanced diet can be divided into two categories: drinking and eating.
1, the problem of "drinking"
Six kinds of health products were put forward at the international conference: first, green tea; The second kind of red wine; Third soybean milk; The fourth kind of yogurt-you pay attention: people don't mention milk; Fifth bone soup; The sixth mushroom soup.
Why do you mention mushroom soup? Because mushrooms can improve immune function. In the same office, some people always catch a cold, while others never get sick. What is the reason? Is that the immune function is different. Mushroom soup can help improve immunity, so it is a health care product.
Why drink bone soup? Bone soup contains a colloidal substance, which can prolong life, so there are bone soup streets all over the world, but not in China. We made a survey and found that Suzhou and Nanjing have all of them recently, but Beijing still doesn't.
Why did you mention yogurt? Because yogurt is to maintain the balance of flora. The so-called maintaining the balance of flora refers to letting beneficial bacteria grow and eliminating harmful bacteria, so eating yogurt can reduce illness. Yogurt is very popular in Europe. Many girls like to drink yogurt, but they don't understand the benefits of yogurt. We are surprised that the sales of yogurt in China are very low, while the sales of milk are very large. We don't deny the function of milk itself, but it is different from yogurt.

Green tea: among all drinks, anti-cancer is the first. Drinking green tea can protect teeth and prevent blood vessels from rupturing easily.
Why does green tea have health care function? It turns out that green tea contains tea polyphenols, which is anti-cancer. Second, please note that green tea contains fluorine. What does this fluorine do? Ancient people knew long ago that when Cao Xueqin wrote A Dream of Red Mansions, the people who wrote Jia Fu gargled with tea after dinner. Su Dongpo also recorded that every time he finished eating, he used inferior tea to rinse his mouth in order to strengthen his teeth, but he didn't know it was fluoride. The Japanese now understand that fluoride can not only strengthen teeth, but also prevent tooth decay and eliminate dental plaque. Three minutes after a meal, dental plaque will appear. Now many of us have bad teeth. Not only do we not rinse our mouths with tea, but we don't even rinse our mouths with white water. I don't know what the problem is. Now some people start to lose their teeth at the age of 30, and all their teeth will be lost at the age of 50. Third, green tea itself contains tea tannin. Tea tannin can improve the toughness of blood vessels and make them not easy to rupture. Many people come to Beijing for treatment because of cerebrovascular accident, and 1 of every four people who died in the hospital is cerebral hemorrhage, which is very dangerous. If there is no rule of law for cerebral hemorrhage, I am afraid of getting angry. When you get angry, you strike the table and stare, and your brain vessels collapse. I've seen this kind of thing many times. Not if I often drink green tea, so I will drink green tea now in the morning. Why? I joked that I was afraid that my son would be angry with me.
Ladies and gentlemen, drinking early at an early age is not afraid of striking the table and glaring. Green tea is the first to fight cancer, the second to strengthen teeth, and the third to prevent cerebral vascular rupture. Why not drink it? If you don't know how to drink tea, please correct it immediately, because the international trend is to drink green tea. Someone told me: What should I do if I can't sleep after drinking tea? Who told you to drink tea before going to bed?
Wine: it can resist aging, lower blood pressure and reduce blood fat. Therefore, the rich drink red wine and the poor eat grapes without spitting grape skins, which is the same health care.
The second drink is red wine. Why red wine? Many people in China don't know that Europe has long known that they drink a little red wine every day. Why? It turns out that there is an anti-alcohol on the skin of red grapes. This reverse alcohol is anti-aging. When it is said to be anti-aging, people love to drink it. Reversible alcohol is also an antioxidant, and people who often drink red wine are not prone to heart disease. Secondly, it can help prevent cardiac arrest, which is called cardiac arrest. Under what circumstances will the heart stop beating? First, people with heart disease, second, people with high blood pressure and third, people with food. What kind of food? Foods that are too big, too hard, too sticky and too hot can easily stop the heart. Hyperlipidemia can also lead to cardiac arrest. Red wine has another function, which is to lower blood pressure and blood fat. The World Health Organization says "give up smoking and limit alcohol", but it doesn't say that alcohol is not allowed. Moreover, the limit of alcohol also says that wine should not exceed 50 ~ 100 ml per day, liquor should not exceed 5 ~ 10 ml per day and beer should not exceed 300 ml per day. It is wrong to exceed this amount, and it is good not to exceed this amount. Some lesbians suggested: What if I can't drink? No drinking, no grapes? Don't you spit grape skins when you eat grapes? "Eat grapes without spitting out their skins" is a saying in cross talk, which is equally applicable in life. But I tell you, if you don't pour white grapes, you won't buy grapes if you don't attend class. White grapes are not poured, and they are also free to eat. Buy red grapes. Now, red grape cakes have appeared in Europe. I have done an experiment, washing red grapes and swallowing the skin when eating, which is quite comfortable and nothing. Therefore, the rich drink red wine and the poor eat grapes without spitting grape skins, which is the same health care.
Longevity, money and power are not the main things, and you know how to keep in good health.
The normal internal environment of human body is weakly alkaline, and there are weakly alkaline substances in vegetables and fruits. All developed countries and countries with high health level consume a lot of vegetables and fruits. If you can't keep fit, just order. It's no use. Someone joked that those corrupt criminals don't have to be shot, just eat to death. I don't think it's an exaggeration at all. Someone told me: What if I haven't solved the problem of food and clothing? I was told that health care needs "strength". As we know, China is the most powerful emperor. Let's take the Qing Dynasty as an example. The emperors who died at the age of 65,438+03 were Tongzhi 65,438+09, Shunzhi 23, Xianfeng 365,438+0 and Guangxu 38, but Qianlong lived to be 89 years old. Gan Long is especially good at health care, and he is the longevity champion among the emperors of the Qing Dynasty. We looked up Gan Long's information. First of all, he is very strong. Second, he eats steamed cakes, with thick and thin grains; Third, he likes traveling. His most famous trip was to Jiangnan, so he lived to be 89 years old. There is also a survey of 8 18 monks. More than 30% monks live to be over 90 years old, and the youngest is 65 years old. What rights do monks have? Their diet deserves our attention and study! Therefore, to live a long life, money and power are not the main things, the main thing is to know how to keep in good health. If you can't take care of your health, you can't guarantee money and power. That's why the United Nations says never die of ignorance.
2. The problem of "food"
Let's talk about the second problem of diet-the problem of "food". As we all know, the food pyramid in Asia is the best. What is a pyramid? It is the basis for eating cereals, beans and vegetables.
Dietotherapy is more important than medicine for old corn, buckwheat, potatoes, oats and millet.
At international conferences, rice, white flour and foreign fast food are never mentioned. The first thing mentioned in the grain is old corn, which is called "golden crop". The American Medical Association conducted a survey and found that Indians rarely have high blood pressure and arteriosclerosis. They just eat old corn. Later, it was found that old corn contains a lot of lecithin, linoleic acid, sitosterol and vitamin E, which can avoid hypertension and arteriosclerosis. Since then, Americans have changed to eat corn. The United States, Africa, Europe, Japanese, Hongkong and China all drink corn soup in the morning. Now many people are eating lecithin, just hoping not to get arteriosclerosis. But he didn't know that old corn contained the most lecithin and didn't have much money. An old corn costs $2.50 in the United States, but it costs 1 dollar in China, which is much cheaper. But many of us don't know and don't eat. I have changed to eating corn porridge every day for a long time, and I have always insisted on it in America. I am over 70 years old this year. I am full of energy, full of spirit, loud voice, full of confidence and no wrinkles on my face. What is the reason? Drink corn porridge, believe it or not. You drink your milk and I drink my corn porridge to see who lives long.
Buckwheat is the second most important grain. Why do you mention buckwheat? Nowadays, many people are "three highs", that is, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia. Buckwheat is just the "three drops", lowering blood pressure, blood lipid and blood sugar. I asked Peking University students: What is buckwheat? They don't know, but they know hamburgers. Buckwheat contains 18% cellulose, so people who eat buckwheat are not easy to get gastrointestinal cancer, rectal cancer and colon cancer. And those of us who work in offices have many rectal and colon cancers. Do you want to eat buckwheat?
The third thing to mention in cereal is sweet potato, sweet potato, yam and potato. Why? It turns out that it "absorbs three things": water, fat, sugar and toxin. Absorb water, lubricate the intestines, and it is not easy to get rectal cancer and colon cancer; Absorb fat and sugar, not easy to get diabetes; Absorbing toxins is not easy to cause gastrointestinal inflammation. I also did research in America. In America, potatoes are made into all kinds of cakes and eaten a lot. I hope everyone will eat more potatoes, which can go with the staple food.
There are oats in cereal, which has long been known abroad, but many people in China don't know. If your blood pressure is high, you must eat oatmeal, oatmeal, oatmeal, because it can lower blood fat and blood pressure.
The last thing to mention is Xiaomi. We won the battle with millet and rifles! After I returned to China, I asked, "Why don't we eat millet now?" Many people said to me, "Isn't that thing for confinement?" Do you think it is bad? In fact, the Compendium of Materia Medica has made it very clear that millet can dehumidify, strengthen the spleen, soothe the nerves and sleep well. You don't even eat it so delicious!
Everyone should understand that dietotherapy is more important than medicine, which is what Li Shizhen said. So what Li Shizhen wrote in Compendium of Materia Medica was mostly food. Why don't we eat to solve the problem and have to take medicine? Ten drugs and nine poisons, I haven't heard that taking medicine can keep healthy, Qin Shihuang didn't do it, Han Wudi didn't do it, and neither you nor I can. But I want to make it clear: I have no objection to taking medicine. I object to taking medicine indiscriminately. I advocate taking medicine "short, flat and fast"-taking medicine for a short time, taking medicine safely and stopping medicine quickly.
For the yellow race, the most suitable is soybean milk.
Then, talk about the beans in Cereals, Beans and Vegetables. According to our census, China people lack high-quality protein. So in sports competitions, our small ball always wins, and the big ball is invincible. Why? A kick and a bump on the court will lead to a fall. Now, our medical expenses are much higher than those in the United States, but our health is not as good as others. China people lack high-quality protein. What if the quality of protein is not enough? The Ministry of Health put forward the "Soybean Action Plan", the content of which is "a handful of vegetables and beans, an egg with some meat". After I spoke, some students said, "Half a catty of eggs and two meats, plus some vegetables and beans."
He said you were unqualified, so I'll give you more. Who told you to increase the quantity? An egg contains 300 mg of cholesterol just right. Why eat half a catty? Also made up "two meats". Protein of one or two soybeans equals two or two lean meats, three or two eggs and four or two rice. What do you suggest to eat? The United States has designated August 15 as the national "tofu festival", but there is no tofu festival in our birthplace. Americans don't lack quality protein. They think that soybean is the flower of nutrition and the king of beans.
What are the advantages of soybean milk? Soybean milk contains oligosaccharides, 100% can be absorbed, and also contains potassium, calcium, magnesium and so on. The content of calcium is more than that of milk. There are no anticancer substances in milk, but there are five anticancer substances in soybean milk. Isoflavones, in particular, are specially used for the prevention and treatment of breast cancer, rectal cancer and colon cancer. So for us yellow people, the most suitable is soybean milk. I don't object to everyone drinking milk, but in order to prevent cancer, we must drink some soy milk. Some people don't drink milk, but drink soybean milk, which is not necessarily a good way. You can continue to drink milk and add some soy milk.
Radish, pumpkin, bitter gourd, tomato, garlic, black fungus and pollen are all healthy foods.
Next, let's talk about the vegetables in "Valley, Bean and Vegetable". The first dish mentioned at the international conference is carrot. Why do you mention carrots? China's Compendium of Materia Medica says it is an eye-catching vegetable. I can't see anything at night, especially night blindness. Eat well. And eating carrots for a long time is not easy to catch a cold. Americans think carrots are beauty dishes, which can nourish hair, skin and mucous membranes. People who often eat carrots really beautify themselves from the inside out. This concept of beauty should be internal and external harmony. When I was in Urumqi, I was invited to eat jiaozi, and the jiaozi was stuffed with carrots. They were named Russian jiaozi. It feels beautiful after eating. First, it nourishes the mucosa and is not easy to catch a cold; Second, it is bodybuilding; Third, it has a little anticancer effect, which is especially good for the eyes. Carrots are not afraid of high temperature, no matter how high the temperature is, their nutrition will not be lost. Now, there are carrot cakes in Europe.
The second most popular dish is pumpkin. Why do you mention pumpkins? It stimulates beta cells and produces insulin. So people who often eat pumpkins are not easy to get diabetes. Also mention bitter gourd, bitter gourd is bitter, but people who secrete insulin-like substances and often eat bitter gourd are not easy to get diabetes. Pumpkin and bitter gourd, people of our age must eat them often.
The international conference also mentioned tomatoes, which are tomatoes. In the United States, in order to prevent cancer, the Red Cross sends tomato seedlings and encourages every family to grow and eat tomatoes. This was only known five or six years ago. Do you know that eating tomatoes is not easy to get cancer? Prevent uterine cancer, ovarian cancer, pancreatic cancer, bladder cancer and prostate cancer. I ask you: How to eat tomatoes? Some people say: that's not easy, just wash it and eat it raw. Others said to slice with sugar and drink some beer. If you eat like this, I will tell you: eat for free! There is something called lycopene in tomatoes, which is combined with protein. Because it is difficult to come out because the cellulose is wrapped outside, it must be heated to a certain extent before lycopene can come out. I tell you, scrambled eggs with tomatoes are the most valuable. And tomato soup, or tomato and egg soup is also good. Please note: eating tomatoes raw is not anti-cancer.
Garlic is the king of cancer. As soon as I said how to eat garlic, someone said that it should be heated. Why do you heat everything? I tell you, the heating effect of garlic is equal to zero! Shandong people and northeast people like garlic best, piece by piece. It is also said that eating garlic will not cause cancer. But a few days later, he got cancer first. Why? Now the whole world knows how to eat garlic, only we don't. Tell everyone that garlic must be cut into pieces, one by one, and exposed in the air for 15 minutes before eating, so that eating garlic is useful. It turns out that garlic itself is not anti-cancer, but allicin is anti-cancer and is the king of anti-cancer. That day, I saw someone eating garlic. He took a bowl of noodles, then quickly peeled off the garlic and ate it one by one. He ate it in less than five seconds. It doesn't even have five seconds. What's the use of this garlic? It's no use. It's no use if you don't do it my way. Many people don't eat garlic because it smells. Don't be afraid. Eat some hawthorn, peanuts and good tea, and it will be tasteless. Foreigners eat garlic every week. Why not? Just dip the minced garlic (sliced or mashed) and add vinegar when eating jiaozi.
Let's talk about fungus again. What role does auricularia auricula have? Now, as soon as the Spring Festival arrives, there will be more myocardial infarction, and the age is getting younger and younger, and the youngest is only 30 years old. Why are there more myocardial infarction in the new year? Two reasons: one is the hypercoagulable constitution with thick blood, that is, high fat; Another reason is that we ate a lot of highly frozen food during the Spring Festival. Remember, people with sticky blood are called hypercoagulable constitution. People with hypercoagulable constitution eat hypercoagulable food, so there are many people with myocardial infarction during the Chinese New Year, and they are not limited to their age.
Although myocardial infarction cannot be cured, it can be completely prevented. Some doctors tell you to take aspirin. Why? Aspirin makes blood less viscous and will not cause myocardial infarction. But what are the consequences of taking aspirin? The result is fundus bleeding. At present, many people are bleeding under their eyes. I advise you not to take aspirin. Aspirin is no longer eaten in Europe now. What do you eat? Eat black fungus.
Auricularia auricula has two functions, one is to make blood not sticky. The function of auricularia auricula was discovered by American cardiologists. After he found out, all Europeans, rich people and influential people switched to eating black fungus instead of aspirin.
What kind of person is in hypercoagulable state? The answer is chubby people, especially menopausal female compatriots. Moreover, people with a 1 blood type are more likely to have hypercoagulable constitution and sticky blood. Also, the shorter the neck, the easier it is to coagulate. Peanuts have no skin. People know not to eat skin. Someone said, "Is this skin not nutritious?" Who said that? I'm telling you, peanut coat is used to raise platelets and stop bleeding. Also, pay attention to watching TV, watch good TV for a while, and don't watch bad TV. Why? Sitting there for a long time will increase blood coagulation. What am I particularly worried about? He is short, thick and fat, and he has no neck. He is still in menopause, and his blood type is a 1 He eats seaweed, then drinks white wine when he is angry, and doesn't peel peanuts after eating. He will have a myocardial infarction. I am not a doctor.
Let's talk about pollen. Ronald Reagan, the former president of the United States, was shot and suffered from malignant tumor, but he is still alive at this age, only suffering from Alzheimer's disease. Why did he live long? Pollen played a great role in him. Pollen is popular in Europe and America now. I checked the history when I returned to China, and it turned out that we had it long ago. Wu Zetian eats pollen, and Empress Dowager Cixi also eats pollen. As we all know, pollen is the sperm of plants, which breeds life and is the most nutritious and best thing in plants. It existed in ancient times, but now we ignore it. Pollen is most widely used in Japan. No matter how old people are, they use it for beauty, and so do French models.
According to the literature, the medicinal components for treating prostate diseases were first found in pollen. If it is not cured by pollen, drugs may not be able to solve it. Finally, renal failure, hematuria, and then renal tumors will occur. So treat it early, not wait for renal failure. Secondly, many people's gastrointestinal disorders, especially many female compatriots, lead to habitual constipation. If you take laxatives, it is easy to get rectal cancer and colon cancer. Pollen is good, but it should be noted that not all pollen can be eaten, so you must have a choice. Maybe, besides health care, you will get sick. Some people sell pollen in plastic bags on the street, a few dollars in a big bag and several kilograms. You see, this is cheap. Professor Qi said that eating pollen is good. Buy some bags. Going home for dinner, vomiting and diarrhea the next day, and going to the hospital spent hundreds of dollars. I'm not responsible for you looking for me. Remember, pollen must meet three conditions before it can be used.
First, break the wall. If the pollen is not broken, the nutrition is wrapped in a hard shell and cannot be absorbed by people. Breaking the wall requires high-tech treatment. Your grinding and high temperature have destroyed the nutrition, and the wall has not been completely broken. It is necessary to use high-tech means to completely break the wall, the particle size is uniform, and the nutrition is preserved at low temperature.

So, several American doctors want to know how to eat fleas.
Now the World Health Organization advises everyone to eat more chicken and fish. Then why not mention shrimp? It's not that shrimp is too expensive to be popularized. If there is shrimp, it is better to eat shrimp. I have a principle now: If there is a principle: If there is shrimp, I will eat two bites of shrimp, which is more than protein's full of beef. Especially eat small fish, shrimp, especially the whole fish (head and tail), because the active substances are in the head and abdomen of small fish and shrimp. Will you buy fish and shrimp? Buy small fish and shrimp if you want, and eat all fish and shrimp. There is learning here.
There is also a principle of eating: you should master the amount of food, not the more the better. If you eat 70% full, you won't get stomach trouble for life. If you eat 80% full, then 20% is redundant, useless, useless. Therefore, it is recommended that you eat 0.6 18 golden section: non-staple food 6 staple food 4; Coarse grains 6 flour and rice 4.
Now humans eat too many animals, and the particle size is uneven. One of my patients, who ate six big steamed stuffed buns at a time, got stomach distension at the age of 20. The diagnosis is either waiting for death or gastrectomy. As a result, I removed most of my stomach and came to see me every day. Diet must be moderate, especially for the elderly.
There is a law of material balance. Let me give you a brief introduction. It is best for babies to eat breast milk from birth to 5 months. After 5 months, breast milk will not work, and more than 42 kinds of food are needed. People need more when they get old. What shall we do? Fortunately, there is a doctor named Clemente in France. He visited Africa and found that all the indigenous people in Lake Chad lived a long and healthy life. The local people eat what is fished out of the lake. They eat steamed buns with it and then drink soup made with it. Clemente brought it back to Paris, and after inspection, it was found that it was a spiral microalgae, so it was named Spirulina.
I also want to emphasize one point here. In the 1990s, spirulina was heated in China for some time. After more than 30 years abroad, it is getting hotter every year. 1984, Professor Qi Changjing wrote to the Central Committee, suggesting that more attention should be paid to the study of spirulina. At that time, Comrade Song Ping personally gave instructions. The national "Seventh Five-Year Plan" and "Eighth Five-Year Plan" were studied for 10 years. As a result, someone saw that this could make money and rushed in. At that time, there were hundreds of domestic spirulina manufacturers, but there were only a few international spirulina manufacturers with health products. He's dumber than us? The national quality inspection department entrusted the authority of spirulina quality and function, and Professor Liu Zhaogan of Peking University College of Life Sciences took the lead in making a sampling inspection. I bought samples from the market and came back for testing. Most of the results are unqualified. More than 55% of Spirulina should come from protein, but some samples can't even be extracted from protein. God knows what it is! Many people bought inferior fake spirulina and got sick after eating it. They blamed the bad spirulina and ruined valuable things.
Therefore, choosing what spirulina to eat is much bigger than eating or not. Otherwise, instead of medical insurance and wasting money, life may be in danger.
The first choice of spirulina is to choose algae species. Why is Thai fragrant rice different from other rice? Plant it well. So is spirulina. Good algae species have many nutrients, but poor algae species do not. Second, choose the cultural environment. Spirulina has a strong adsorption capacity. Some manufacturers use river water and lake water to raise them. How many rivers are clean now? Heavy metals and chemical toxins are all absorbed by spirulina. How can people keep healthy after eating? This kind of thing has been reported by CCTV and exposed by major domestic newspapers, but there are still many people buying it, which is cheap. Such people may die of ignorance.
Radiation has a great influence on our health, and there are four ways to prevent it.
