Open the eyelash root of the upper eyelid with the middle finger of the left hand and the eyelash root of the lower eyelid with the middle finger of the right hand, and fix the upper and lower eyelids at the orbital margin to fully expose the cornea.

Hold the right index finger of the lens gently close to the eyeball and place the lens on the cornea.

Be sure to look down after putting on your lenses. Release the fingers that hold the lower eyelid first, and then release the fingers that hold the upper eyelid.

Close your eyes slowly and turn them gently.
