Clues or intentions, influences and constraints of personal health beliefs and actions.

1. Individual's health belief: The individual's judgment that he has a certain disease or a certain health problem is based on personal experience, knowledge, values, health status and other factors. A person's knowledge and belief in his own health will affect his willingness to take healthy behavior.

2. Clues or intentions of action: that is, the promoting factors of whether people can take preventive measures, including reminders from others, publicity in newspapers and magazines, suggestions from relatives and friends, etc. These factors can encourage individuals to take preventive measures to change bad behaviors or lifestyles.

3. Influencing and restricting factors: including age, gender, personality, education level, occupation, whether you will suffer from the disease and the degree of understanding of the disease. These factors will affect individuals' cognition and belief in their own health, as well as their acceptance and response to preventive measures.
