Regulations on Wearing Masks for Catering Service Employees in Fujian Province

First, engaged in processing, production, delivery of vegetables and other foods directly into the catering service practitioners (hereinafter referred to as employees), should wear clean masks at work.
Catering business units shall provide masks for their employees, urge them to wear them, and post or hang these regulations in a prominent position in the business premises.
The catering business units mentioned in the preceding paragraph refer to catering service operators such as restaurants, hotels and small restaurants with fixed shops, as well as canteens of state organs, schools, hospitals and other enterprises and institutions.
Two, catering business entities shall implement these provisions, and accept public supervision, industry association supervision and media supervision.
Diners who find that employees are not wearing masks can ask them to make corrections, or they can report to the market supervision and management department of the people's government at the county level and provide evidence.
Three, employees do not wear masks in accordance with the provisions, the market supervision and management department of the people's government at the county level shall be ordered to make corrections; Refuses to correct, can make a punishment decision on the spot, impose a fine of fifty yuan on individual industrial and commercial households, and impose a fine of two hundred yuan to one thousand yuan on other catering business entities.
Four, the provisions shall come into force as of February 20th, 20021year.
