Reproductive health service certificate is not a birth permit, but a kind of health care for couples who are both giving birth for the first time (laying a solid foundation for the health of the next generation of babies).

I. Conditions and requirements for accreditation:

Both parties are couples who have given birth for the first time, and they can apply to the villagers' committee or residents' committee of one party's domicile or current residence for the Reproductive Health Service Certificate from the date of marriage registration.

Two. Materials to be provided for registration:

1, fill in the complete Registration Form of Reproductive Health Care Service Certificate;

2. Husband and wife's household registration book, resident identity card and marriage certificate;

3. Two recent bareheaded 2-inch photos of the couple;

If both husband and wife are registered in other provinces, they shall also provide the marriage and childbearing proof materials issued by the township (town) people's government or sub-district office where both husband and wife are registered.

III. Time limit for applying for a permit:

The villagers' committee shall register in this province within 5 working days from the date of collecting all the materials; One or both of the husband and wife are registered in other provinces, and the certification materials such as the identity of the party outside the province, marriage and marriage and childbearing information are complete. The accreditation unit should complete the audit in time and send an investigation request to the place where the household registration is located outside the province. From the date of receiving the feedback information from the registered residence outside the province, the time limit for township processing shall not exceed 10 working days. If the materials are incomplete, the materials required for the application shall be informed at one time. If the materials are complete and verified to meet the reproductive conditions, a certificate shall be issued in time.
