Red team personnel include four categories:
(1) Confirmed cases and suspected cases treated in isolation in designated medical institutions;
(2) asymptomatic infected persons who are undergoing medical observation in designated medical institutions;
(3) Close contacts of confirmed cases, suspected cases and asymptomatic infected persons under medical observation;
(4) personnel in key epidemic prevention and control areas and high-risk areas (specific areas can be adjusted according to the epidemic situation).
Yellow code personnel include three categories:
(1) people from risk areas in the epidemic;
(2) The confirmed cases or asymptomatic infected persons who were discharged from hospital were cured within 14 days after home observation;
(3) Patients with fever, dry cough, shortness of breath, fatigue and respiratory symptoms.
Su Kang code green code personnel:
There are two types of green code personnel:
(1) Local residents who are not judged as high-risk or medium-risk;
(2) Persons from areas with low epidemic risk who have not been judged as high-risk or medium-risk.
"Su Kang code" is a personal electronic health certificate dynamically generated according to the health declaration data of all the people who come to and return to the Soviet Union and those who work, study, live, travel or stay in the Soviet Union, and combined with relevant data, which can be produced and used after declaration.
"Su Kang code" is marked with red, yellow and green, and the driver with green code and the vehicle he drives pass through the province with bright code (in order to improve the prevention and control accuracy, the green code must match the management and control requirements of the medium-risk area and the high-risk area); The yellow code and red team and the vehicles they drive are prohibited from passing through the city.
