1. All candidates who apply for colleges and universities must take physical examination (hereinafter referred to as "physical examination") and truthfully fill in their past medical history. Candidates who are unable to take part in the examination of specific items due to special reasons such as physical condition must show the corresponding materials of the medical examination hospital.
The physical examination of candidates shall be arranged, supervised and guided by the Municipal Education Examinations Institute in conjunction with the Municipal Health and Health Commission, and organized and implemented by the education examination institutions and health departments in all districts and counties. The physical examination of candidates must be carried out in the designated second-class hospital or the corresponding medical unit, and the chief physician should be a doctor with the title of deputy chief physician or above and a strong sense of responsibility. The main inspection hospital or the corresponding medical unit shall, in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Education, the former Ministry of Health, the China Disabled Persons' Federation, the Guiding Opinions on the Physical Examination of Enrollment in Colleges and Universities (J [2003] No.3) and the Notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Education and the former Ministry of Health on Further Standardizing the Physical Examination of Enrollment and Employment (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2065 438] 12), and according to the Municipal Education Examinations Institute, The medical examination conclusion made by non-designated medical institutions for candidates is invalid.
Candidates have objections to the conclusion of the medical examination, and the medical examination institution cannot make a conclusion. The Municipal Education Examinations Institute will negotiate with the Municipal Health and Wellness Commission to designate the final medical examination hospital, which is responsible for coordinating the final medical examination hospital to make a final ruling on the medical examination conclusions that have objections from relevant parties.
2. On the basis of the "Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of Enrollment in Ordinary Colleges and Universities" and other relevant requirements, colleges and universities may put forward supplementary requirements for the health of candidates according to their own school conditions and professional training requirements. Supplementary requirements must be legal and reasonable, with detailed explanations and explanations, and announced to the public in the enrollment regulations.
Physical examination (measurement) of military, armed police, public security and other institutions with special physical requirements shall be carried out in accordance with relevant regulations.
