Article 14
In principle, the enrollment major does not limit the proportion of male and female students, and previous students are treated equally with freshmen when they are admitted.
Article 15
Individual enrollment and enrollment of directly affiliated colleges shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant requirements in the Articles of Association of 202 1 Individual Enrollment and the Articles of Association of directly affiliated colleges of Kizilsu Vocational and Technical College respectively.

Admission and registration
Article 16
Freshmen should report to the school according to the national enrollment regulations. Should hold the admission notice, according to the relevant requirements and the prescribed time limit to the school for admission procedures. If you can't get to school on time for some reason, you should ask for leave from the school (the extension should generally not exceed two weeks). Those who fail to ask for leave or ask for leave overdue shall be deemed to have waived their admission qualification except for justified reasons such as force majeure.

Students who cannot report to the school on time due to special circumstances such as joining the army or physical reasons may apply for retaining their admission qualifications. Do not have a student status during the retention of admission qualifications. After the new students enter the school, the college will review them in accordance with the national enrollment regulations within three months.

The fees charged by Kizilsu Vocational and Technical College are strictly in accordance with the standards approved by the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Price Bureau. After graduation, students can be recommended by the college for employment or self-employment. And the employment registration certificate will be issued by the human resources and social security department of the autonomous region.
Article 23
After graduation, college students can participate in the direct undergraduate examination organized by undergraduate colleges and enter undergraduate colleges and universities in accordance with the requirements of the Administrative Measures for the Selection of Excellent College Students in Autonomous Regions.
