Close contacts need centralized medical observation 14 days, and the second close contacts need centralized medical observation for 7 days, and the observation time starts from the time they enter the isolation point. During centralized isolation, the first seven days are used for nucleic acid detection, the first seven days are used for the first seven days, the last seven days are used for the first seven days, and the last seven days are used for the last seven days. There were no COVID-19-related symptoms during the isolation period.
Only when the environmental samples of the articles in the room where the qualified personnel are located are negative by single-tube nucleic acid detection, can the isolation be lifted. Assess the family environment of the person who will be released from quarantine. For those who meet the conditions of family health monitoring, family environment testing should be carried out. For those who do not meet the conditions for home health monitoring, the epidemic prevention and control headquarters in the jurisdiction shall arrange for 7 days of health monitoring in a suitable place.
Every secret connection or sub-secret connection that cancels centralized medical observation must go through strict examination and approval procedures, and whether it meets the above conditions can be verified by comparison. Ensure that everyone released from the isolation point is in a healthy state and will not become a new source of infection in the community. After the isolation is released, after the negative result of the last nucleic acid test of the object to be released comes out, the isolation point will officially inform the county epidemic prevention and control headquarters where the object to be released is located, and arrange the vehicle to be transported to the home health monitoring point "point-to-point" and be included in the key prevention and control scope of the community.
After the isolation was lifted, home health monitoring was carried out for 7 days (refer to the observation and management of home isolation medicine), during which temperature and symptoms were monitored, and nucleic acid detection was carried out on the second and seventh days respectively. After the result is negative, the family health monitoring can be released.
Article 42 of the Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases in People's Republic of China (PRC), when an infectious disease breaks out and becomes prevalent, the local people's government at or above the county level shall immediately organize forces to prevent and control it according to the prevention and control plan, cut off the transmission route of the infectious disease, report it to the people's government at the next higher level for decision when necessary, and take the following emergency measures and make an announcement:
(1) Restrict or stop fairs, theatrical performances or other crowd gathering activities;
(2) suspension of work, business or classes;
(three) closed or sealed public drinking water sources, food and related items contaminated by infectious disease pathogens;
(4) controlling or culling wild animals, domestic animals and poultry infected with the epidemic;
(five) closed places that may cause the spread of infectious diseases.
