What is a healthy life?

Without health, everything is zero. Happiness is impossible without a healthy life.

Personally, the so-called healthy life should be healthy diet, physical health, mental health and lifestyle.

These are all good things summed up by our ancestors thousands of years later, and there is always a reason.

Everyone eats whole grains. No one's body is a perfect machine, and there are always more or less problems. This is a natural phenomenon. But as long as you remember, it is enough to treat the disease as soon as possible and defend yourself without it. Leave the rest to God. Just like COVID-19, we should wear masks and get vaccinated, but no one is infected with COVID-19 virus on purpose!

Mental Health: Simply put, put your mind right. Fame and fortune are external things, and kindness is the real golden body. The kinder people are, the more diligent they are and the more grateful they are. Kindness is the foundation of mental health. The more selfish people are, the more likely they are to get angry. The more selfish people are, the lazier they are. Selfishness is the taboo of mental health. Some people say that if you want to be mentally healthy, you must learn the golden mean, which is the essence of Chinese civilization. People should learn to be like water, which can be a storm, dripping through a stone, or a trickle flowing around a rock, as good as water.

A healthy lifestyle is to do what you should do, rest, work and rest, and be regular. Sit down and have a rest when you are tired.
