Chapter I General Provisions

Fifty-fourth in violation of the provisions of this Ordinance, laws and regulations have penalties, such provisions shall apply.

Article 57 Any functionary of a state organ who, in violation of the provisions of these Regulations, abuses his power, neglects his duty or engages in malpractices for selfish ends in the promotion of civilized behavior shall be punished according to law; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law. Article 58 The Development Zone Management Committee shall be responsible for promoting civilized behavior within its jurisdiction according to the authorization of laws and regulations or the entrustment of relevant administrative departments. Article 59 These Regulations shall come into force as of March 6, 2022.
