What is the difference between family health management and family isolation?

The difference between family health monitoring and family isolation lies in different objects and different ways.

1, different objects

The object of home isolation refers to the long-term (returning) personnel who come from or pass through (stay for more than 4 hours) the domestic epidemic risk areas and their counties and cities, and the long-term (returning) personnel who meet the conditions of home isolation after the first port city isolation 14 days.

The objects of home health monitoring refer to the long-term floating population in other provinces, cities, counties and cities without medium and high risk areas, and the long-term floating population of key populations in the province. Among them, the key population in the province refers to the personnel engaged in clinical diagnosis and treatment, isolation places, port prevention and control, import logistics, international aviation, transportation and other key occupations and high exposure risk positions of COVID-19 virus.

2. Different ways

According to the national prevention and control plan and the official explanation of National Health Commission, home isolation requires living alone and is not allowed to go out under the guidance of community medical staff. Changsha's home isolation policy is "one person, one household", that is, the home isolation object and the non-home isolation object cannot live in the same house. If the whole family needs to be isolated at home, they can live in the same house.

Family health monitoring refers to the necessary work and life travel under the premise of taking the initiative to do personal protection. The key point is to do a good job in daily monitoring of body temperature and symptoms in view of the potential risks that still exist in ourselves, starting from being responsible for ourselves, others and society. At the same time, consciously maintain a reasonable range of activities and social distance, and fulfill personal obligations and social responsibilities.

The "Program" requires strengthening the management of returnees.

Returnees are required to return home with valid negative results of COVID-19 nucleic acid test within 7 days. After returning to China, we will monitor at home for 14 days, during which there will be no aggregation and no flow, and the nucleic acid will be detected every 7 days. All townships (streets) and administrative villages (neighborhood committees) shall implement the responsibility system, implement grid management for returnees, and do a good job in registration, health monitoring and abnormal situation handling.

If it is really necessary to hold activities, the scale shall be controlled below 50 people and there shall be a prevention and control plan, which shall be reported to the local epidemic prevention and control headquarters for approval. The village committee shall be responsible for supervising and registering the basic information of the participants and strictly implementing the prevention and control measures.
