The whole organization sent provincial epidemiological investigation teams and mixed them with professionals in epidemic areas to form multi-branch investigation teams. Within 24 hours of the outbreak, lock key clues, sort out all branches of transmission and risk points, and describe the activity track of infected people at the first time to provide information support for the traceability of epidemiological investigation. Third, the speed of nucleic acid detection and sequencing is fast. Within three days after the Yantai epidemic, more than100000 people were tested for nucleic acid. After the outbreak of Wulian in Rizhao, provincial and municipal sequencing experts started the whole genome sequencing at the local time. The next day, all positive samples were sequenced and compared, and the whole genome sequences of all cases and infected people in this epidemic were successfully obtained. Fourth, the settlement of regional cooperation is fast. The provincial epidemic control team, the nucleic acid detection team and the medical rescue team are all responsible for each piece and provide counterpart support. Every epidemic was rushed to the rescue at the first time, and the control goal of zero new increase and zero spillover was achieved in a week or so.

In order to further improve the epidemic prevention and control work, the provincial headquarters specially organized and formulated the epidemic prevention and control work plan during the "two festivals" to try its best to let the people spend a healthy and peaceful festival. Do a good job in the health management of people returning to Shandong by classification, strictly restrict the people in the province from going to the middle and high-risk areas and counties, and do not go to other counties in the prefecture-level city where the middle and high-risk areas are located unless necessary.
