Two, strictly limit the "bright yellow card" and "star code" personnel to enter crowded public places, including
Organs, government service halls, schools, libraries, museums, cultural centers, and pension services;
Catering units, hotels, hotels, homestays, shopping malls, supermarkets, farmers' markets, pharmacies, cultural and entertainment places and tourist attractions;
All kinds of enterprises, construction sites, traffic stations, entrances and exits of traffic stations and other places;

Once found, they are forbidden to enter and report to the competent department, community and local headquarters in time. Those who do not obey the management shall be investigated for legal responsibility in strict accordance with the law.
Four, counties and urban areas, epidemic prevention and control headquarters functional areas, industry authorities to do a good job in the investigation and management of "bright yellow card" and "star code" personnel, information collection, publicity and guidance, strictly fulfill the responsibility of territorial and industry supervision, strengthen the supervision and inspection of the "bright yellow card" and "star code" personnel entering the above places within their respective jurisdictions and industries, rectify the places that violate this notice according to law, and rectify the industry authorities and places.
Five, the operators and managers of public * * * places and public * * * means of transport shall strictly implement the responsibility of place management, and strictly restrict the entry of "bright yellow card" and "star code" personnel into the management area.
