Strictly implement and fully cooperate with the family planning policy of the Family Planning Commission under its jurisdiction; 3. Strictly abide by the relevant documents, and do not practice medicine illegally; Units or individuals whose certificates are lost shall declare the name and number of the lost certificates invalid in the local news media, and apply to the original issuing authority for a replacement within 30 days from the date of the loss of the certificates. After receiving the application for replacement, the health supervision institution of the original license issuing organ shall investigate and verify the contents of the application, reissue it according to the certification filing materials, and make a good registration for replacement. Article 10 of the Measures for the Administration of Licensing and Personnel Qualification of Special Technical Services for Maternal and Infant Health Care, who is engaged in premarital medical examination, genetic disease diagnosis, prenatal diagnosis, ligation operation, termination of pregnancy operation and home delivery technical services as stipulated in the Law of the People's Republic of China on Maternal and Infant Health Care, must comply with the relevant provisions of the Basic Standards for Special Technical Services for Maternal and Infant Health Care, and pass the examination, and obtain the certificate of technical examination for maternal and infant health care and the technical qualification of family midwives.
