Three. Recruitment procedures and requirements

(1) Registration

(2) Registration requirements

1. Applicants should read the recruitment announcement carefully, understand the job qualifications, and register at the registration time specified in the announcement after confirming that they meet the requirements. Registration must use an ID card within the validity period, and the ID cards used for registration and professional skills assessment must be consistent. (5) Evaluation of professional skills

In order to ensure the competitiveness and fairness of recruitment, in principle, the proportion of professional skills examination should not be less than 1: 3. If the initial public recruitment does not reach the proportion of the examination, the registration time can be extended. After the extension of the registration time, the opening ratio of professional skills assessment set by 1:2 has not been reached, and those who meet the qualification conditions will directly enter the professional skills assessment stage. Applicants must bring their admission ticket and ID card to participate in the vocational skills assessment at the designated time and place. Lack of relevant documents, shall not participate in the occupation skill appraisal.

If the number of posts is reduced due to insufficient applicants, the reduced number of posts can be transferred to other corresponding posts.

1. Time and place of professional skills examination: subject to the announcement;

2. Professional skills assessment content: take professional and technical examinations.

3. The full score of vocational skills assessment is 100, and the score shall be kept at two decimal places. The score of vocational skill examination is divided into qualified line with 60. Those who fail to reach the qualified line shall not enter the physical examination and organize inspection, nor shall they be used as replacement objects.

4 occupation skill appraisal results rounded to two decimal places. Principle of treating scores with the same score: if there is a score with the same score, the order shall be determined according to the score given by the main judge of professional skill assessment; If you still can't tell the ranking order, add another skill assessment, and those with high scores will enter the physical examination.

The results of professional skills assessment are valid within one year from the date of publicity, and vacancies during the period can be postponed according to the results of professional skills assessment.

(6) Physical examination

According to the professional skills, the scores are from high to low, 1: 1, etc. , determine the list of participants in the medical examination. Physical examination items and standards shall be carried out in the designated hospital according to the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Physical Examination for Open Recruiters in Institutions of Guangdong Province (Trial) (Guangdong People's Social Development [2010] No.382). If the initial physical examination fails, the unqualified items may be re-examined once upon the application of the candidates. Conclusion The re-examination results shall prevail, and the re-examination can only be conducted once. Those who pass the physical examination can enter the inspection link, and those who fail the physical examination will be replenished in turn according to the regulations. The time and place of physical examination shall be subject to the website announcement or telephone notification.

(7) Investigation

Those who pass the physical examination shall be inspected according to the Detailed Rules for the Inspection of Open Recruiters in Institutions of Guangdong Province (Trial) (Sui Ren She Fa [2010] No.276); those who fail the inspection shall not be employed. If there is a vacancy in the recruitment position due to unqualified inspection, the candidates will be filled in the same position in the order of high score to low score.

(8) Publicity and employment

According to the professional skills assessment, physical examination and investigation, the candidates to be recruited are determined and publicized on the portal of Zengcheng District Government in Guangzhou for 5 working days. If there is no objection after publicity, the employment procedures shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations.

(9) Post remuneration package

Employed personnel shall be subject to labor contract management, and a probation period of 2 months shall be implemented according to regulations; After the probation period expires, those who pass the examination will go through the employment procedures in accordance with the relevant regulations.
