Second, the recruitment conditions
(a) the applicant shall meet the following basic conditions
1. has People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality and abides by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC).

(2) Qualifications for entering the examination
1. See Appendix 1 for the specific requirements of the post.
2. Recruitment targets are graduates who have obtained graduation certificates (including those who hold academic degree certificates outside the country (territory)).
3. Persons with academic qualifications and degrees abroad shall provide academic qualifications, degree certification letters and relevant certification materials of relevant institutions affiliated to the Ministry of Education.
4. Regarding the age requirement of the applicant, one of the following basic conditions must be met:
(1) If the position codes are 002 and 003, the age requirement is under 40 years old;
(2) If the application post code is 00 1, the age requirement is under 35 years old.
(3) In any of the following circumstances, registration shall not be granted:
1. Having received criminal punishment, public security punishment, reeducation through labor or administrative dismissal;
2 suspected of violating the law and discipline is under review, or suspected of committing a crime, and the judicial proceedings have not yet ended;
3. In the past three years, there has been a violation of discipline in the recruitment (employment) examination, physical examination or inspection of institutions in Guangdong Province;
4. Other circumstances that do not meet the requirements of the post;
5. Other circumstances that are not suitable for registration as determined by the recruitment department or stipulated by laws, regulations and rules.
Three. Recruitment procedures and requirements
(1) Registration
1. Registration time: 2022 1 October 19 to 65438+1October 21 (9: 30 am-165438+0: 30 am; 14: 30- 17: 00 pm), it will not be accepted after the deadline.
2. Registration place: Zengcheng Health Bureau of Guangzhou and Personnel Department of Zengcheng Primary Medical and Health Institutions. See Annex 2 for details.
3. Registration method: Take the way of on-site registration. Applicants should register within the registration time, fill in personal information and submit relevant materials. Each person is limited to one post.
(2) Registration requirements
1. Applicants should read the recruitment announcement carefully, understand the job qualifications, and register at the registration time specified in the announcement after confirming that they meet the requirements. Registration must use an ID card within the validity period, and the ID cards used for registration and professional skills assessment must be consistent. The application materials submitted for registration must be true and accurate. Those who provide false application materials will be disqualified once verified. Forging or altering relevant documents, materials and information to defraud the qualification of professional skill appraisal will be dealt with according to relevant regulations.
2. The following documents and materials shall be submitted at the time of registration:
(1) Registration Form for Public Recruitment of Staff in Institutions Directly under Guangzhou Zengcheng Health Bureau in 2022 (Annex 3);
(2) Original and photocopy of my ID card and household registration book (the household registration book needs to copy the home page and my page, and if it is a collective account, the original and photocopy of the home page and my page with official seal shall be submitted);
(3) Original and photocopy of graduation certificate and degree certificate, and academic certification report (registered in Xuexin.com).
(4) The original and photocopy of the corresponding practice certificate required by the post;
(5) For employees of state organs, enterprises and institutions, the original certificate of consent to enter the examination issued by the work unit shall be submitted;
(6) 1 recent one-inch bareheaded color photos.
3. The deadline for age calculation is the first day of open recruitment registration.
(3) Qualification examination
The personnel department of primary medical and health institutions shall conduct preliminary qualification examination on the applicants of this unit, and submit relevant materials to the personnel department of the District Health Bureau for review. Those who pass the qualification examination can enter the follow-up recruitment procedure, and those who fail the qualification examination are not allowed to take the professional skills examination.
(four) to receive the admission ticket
Applicants who have completed the on-site registration procedures and passed the audit will receive the admission ticket to participate in the professional skills assessment. The admission ticket is an important document for candidates to participate in all aspects of this open recruitment. Please take good care of it. Candidates must hold an admission ticket and their valid identity documents (the same as when registering) when participating in professional skills assessment, physical examination and other links.
The time and place of receiving the admission ticket will be notified separately.
(5) Evaluation of professional skills
In order to ensure the competitiveness and fairness of recruitment, in principle, the proportion of professional skills examination should not be less than 1: 3. If the initial public recruitment does not reach the proportion of the examination, the registration time can be extended. After the extension of the registration time, the opening ratio of professional skills assessment set by 1:2 has not been reached, and those who meet the qualification conditions will directly enter the professional skills assessment stage. Applicants must bring their admission ticket and ID card to participate in the vocational skills assessment at the designated time and place. Lack of relevant documents, shall not participate in the occupation skill appraisal.
If the number of posts is reduced due to insufficient applicants, the reduced number of posts can be transferred to other corresponding posts.
1. Time and place of professional skills examination: subject to the announcement;
2. Professional skills assessment content: take professional and technical examinations.
3. The full score of vocational skills assessment is 100, and the score shall be kept at two decimal places. The score of vocational skill examination is divided into qualified line with 60. Those who fail to reach the qualified line shall not enter the physical examination and organize inspection, nor shall they be used as replacement objects.
4 occupation skill appraisal results rounded to two decimal places. Principle of treating scores with the same score: if there is a score with the same score, the order shall be determined according to the score given by the main judge of professional skill assessment; If you still can't tell the ranking order, add another skill assessment, and those with high scores will enter the physical examination.
The results of professional skills assessment are valid within one year from the date of publicity, and vacancies during the period can be postponed according to the results of professional skills assessment.
(6) Physical examination
According to the professional skills, the scores are from high to low, 1: 1, etc. , determine the list of participants in the medical examination. Physical examination items and standards shall be carried out in the designated hospital according to the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Physical Examination for Open Recruiters in Institutions of Guangdong Province (Trial) (Guangdong People's Social Development [2010] No.382). If the initial physical examination fails, the unqualified items may be re-examined once upon the application of the candidates. Conclusion The re-examination results shall prevail, and the re-examination can only be conducted once. Those who pass the physical examination can enter the inspection link, and those who fail the physical examination will be replenished in turn according to the regulations. The time and place of physical examination shall be subject to the website announcement or telephone notification.
(7) Investigation
Those who pass the physical examination shall be inspected according to the Detailed Rules for the Inspection of Open Recruiters in Institutions of Guangdong Province (Trial) (Sui Ren She Fa [2010] No.276); those who fail the inspection shall not be employed. If there is a vacancy in the recruitment position due to unqualified inspection, the candidates will be filled in the same position in the order of high score to low score.
(8) Publicity and employment
According to the professional skills assessment, physical examination and investigation, the candidates to be recruited are determined and publicized on the portal of Zengcheng District Government in Guangzhou for 5 working days. If there is no objection after publicity, the employment procedures shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations.
(9) Post remuneration package
Employed personnel shall be subject to labor contract management, and a probation period of 2 months shall be implemented according to regulations; After the probation period expires, those who pass the examination will go through the employment procedures in accordance with the relevant regulations. Wage and welfare benefits shall be implemented according to the wage and welfare standards of employees of units directly under the district government, and social security and housing accumulation fund shall be paid according to regulations.

(a) the assessment of vocational skills was conducted under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control in COVID-19. Applicants should do a good job in registration and vocational skills assessment in accordance with relevant prevention and control requirements. If the recruitment time is adjusted due to the epidemic situation, all factors will be comprehensively considered and reasonable arrangements will be made, and an announcement will be made on the portal website of Zengcheng District People's Government in Guangzhou in time.
(2) The qualification examination of candidates runs through the whole recruitment process. Once it is found that the applicant does not meet the requirements of the recruitment announcement or the qualification conditions of the recruitment post or provides false information (including the certification materials provided during the inspection, etc.), the professional skill assessment, recruitment qualification or employment contract will be cancelled.
(3) The applicant should keep the contact telephone number unblocked. If the applicant loses contact or fails to participate in the professional skill assessment, physical examination and inspection at the specified time and place, it will be deemed as automatic abandonment.
