1On August 4th, 1993, the Coordinating Committee for Women and Children's Work in the State Council was renamed the Working Committee for Women and Children in the State Council, which was referred to as the Working Committee for Women and Children in the State Council. General situation of work
Since its establishment, the the State Council Working Committee on Women and Children has implemented the basic national policy of equality between men and women, adhered to the principle of giving priority to children, and devoted itself to the protection and development of women and children in China.
